I have been avoiding Birkenstock sandals for years because of their look, but finally gave in because of horrible foot pain due to plantar fasciitis pain with heel spurs. I have been wearing Vionic Orthopedic shoes and using my podiatrist's prescription insoles for 4 years, yet the pain persisted. I have only had my Birkenstock Arizona sandals for a week, but I can honestly say that for the first time in as long as I can remember, my feet don't hurt. The arch isn't as high or uncomfortable as my insoles or other orthopedic shoes and my foot doesn't shift around in my shoe. I am very excited and grateful that I got these finally!

This was my first and last time ordering with Zappos. I ordered a Narrow and received the regular width. They also came in plastic and no Birkenstock box which is extremely upsetting because I store them in their boxes when not being worn. There was also a mark on the edge of the sole by the toe area which is noticeable. For now on, I’ll be ordering directly from Birkenstock. I’m extremely disappointed with my first ever purchase from Zappos.

Great sandal, I though that they were black but when arrive there are more on the grey side. The fit is comfortable, didn't wore them outside as yet. Wanted to return them but I will keep them.

I love my Birkenstocks. When I was teaching, I always gravitated toward them on my shoe shelves instead of fancy-schmancy shoes because I knew that my Birks would save my feet while standing and walking on cement floors all day. So I have black, blue, white, tan, and now red! Yay! Now where are the purple and green in the "regular" (wide) width? I love colors. And I love that my Birks have a good solid arch, fit my D-width feet perfectly, and that they hold up so well. For sizing, I usually wear a 9.5-D, and the 40-regular in Birks are perfect for me. They might seem pricey at first, but to me they represent real value in that they do hold up and they are a classic shoe over the years. I never have to "break them in", because they fit so well. Here's to more Birks in the future! XOX

First time trying the two straps as oppose to the thong. I like that you can adjust the strap. As always - most comfortable shoe in the world! A note to those who need women's size 12 like me, best time to get the fancy colors is in the winter when no one is thinking about them and they are more likely to be in stock. I buy one pair of Berkies each year in January and literally wear them out. (I wear them almost every day for 9 months.) I ordered metallic green this year, different style, but I wanted something neutral so I purchased these as a second pair.

Bought the Birkenstock Birko-Flor for my daughter for Christmas. The regular width was not available, so I opted to purchase the narrow width to make sure to have the color she wanted, and figured we could exchange later if need be. She has a slightly wider foot, and absolutely no arch. I was very hesitant that they would fit, especially with a heavier sock, but she loves them and wears them almost every day. She says they are extremely comfortable and the perfect width.

Not much to be said, the usual and consistent Birkenstock quality and comfort. The Birki Flor is different than others I have had but no difference in fit. Great sale price as well.

I love Birkenstock sandals and have wanted red ones for years. I’m not liking the vegan leather, it looks cheap and plastic like. I love the color but not the look and feel of these shoes. I wish they made real leather Arizona sandals in red! I’m going to send these back sadly!

The soles on these feel so hard, and the lip on the edge rubs my toes, so they are NOT comfortable. Folks say Birkenstocks take a bit to break in, but I am not sure I can wear them to that point. Disappointed so far - the cork feels harder than my wood floor (I go barefoot at home all the time.) And the shoes do NOT feel good to wear. They were recommended as being healthy - not sure what I will do.

You can never go wrong with a pair of Birkenstocks! They are the most comfortable shoe. They may not be the most attractive or professional looking, but for me, as a teacher, if I have happy feet life is good! I highly recommend them for casual summer wear that is quick, yet can be worn for an extended period of time.

I love Birkenstocks! Been wearing them for years. I normally wear a size 43EU but the app kept saying my true size was a 44EU. I guess they base this on other shoes I have purchased. So they are a little big but not so much so that I can't wear them. But now I know to go on my own knowledge of my size rather than the recommendations.

Oof. It was my mistake, but I ordered the regular footbed AND a synthetic upper (I was in a rush). Compared to the soft footbed, these Birks were misery-inducing. Add in the sweat factor under the synthetic upper (the suede version absorbs sweat and keeps you un-chafed), and these were a complete loss. I now have almost brand new Birks that I am donating.

I have several pairs of Birkenstock Arizonas made from this material. For me, it's more comfortable than smooth leather Birkenstocks, which tend to rub blisters on my thin skin. The straps on soft on the inside, making this sandal very comfortable. They wear very well and Birki-Flors I've had for several years still look great.

My new Birkenstock Arizona are every bit as comfortable as my soft sole Birkenstock sandals. They give great support to my entire foot. I love the color too.

I love my new Birkenstocks. The color is exactly how it looked online. The fit is perfect for my narrow feet. The arch support feels so comfortable and my orthopedist loves how correctly the shoe is made.

These were a gift for a friend who had never worn Birkenstocks! He is now a fan and loves them too!

The fit and size was perfect! This isn't my first or last pair of Birkenstock's. I love this color since it goes with everything and the material is easy to clean.

The size was perfect and the left foot felt wonderful in the shoe. Unfortunately a small bunion on my right foot skewed the foot sideways in the shoe which made it very uncomfortable. I can’t wear them sad to say.

I bought these to wear around the house and they are so comfortable.

I have been wearing Birkenstock’s from many years! And this time also this did not disappoint me! I usually wear size 41 but with Birkenstock I go for size 40 regular and they fit perfect!

My first pair if Birkenstocks and I love them! I especially love the color because it can be worn with anything. They are a dark gray/black but also can look very dark brown depending on what you pair them with. I used the printable measuring paper and they fit perfect.
