Pointy shoe not comfortable, but the customer service is stellar!

I ordered a beautiful brown color. I was surprised when they arrived because the heel is trimmed in gold; i must have missed that part of the description, and I did not notice it in the photos. It's a little too blingy for my taste, but I kept an open mind. I tried them on without hose, and walked around on the carpet. They squeaked terribly! I felt like George Castanza in his silk suit! So i tried them with hose and it made a big difference. But the shoes were "deep", coming up high along my instep and the outside of my foot. It bothered me, as it just felt like they was too much shoe. I put them aside and tried them on another day, hoping for a different feel, but I just have to return them. I was disappointed because despite the gold trim, it's a nice professional shoe, and brown is hard to find.

These are actually not very comfortable in the ball of the foot for Naturalizers. Also, I got the wide and now the shoe is too long. I would have to size down a half-size if the shoe were more comfortable. The heel is also a little lower than it looks in the picture.

I have high arches, and I get no midsole contact or arch support from these, so will have to return. However I will say the slight shimmer on the "Chai Leather" color makes them almost opalescent, in a way that reminds me of satin but looks impressive for leather. It gives a bit more interest which can be nice, but if you are looking for the ultimate neutral shoe, look elsewhere.

Much to big. Couldn't judge fit.

This is the second pair of shoes I have bought in as many days. The first pair was another(high-end) brand which I had to return because it was a full size larger! I could fit my finger in between my heel and the heel of the shoe!! I ordered 7N. I have been wearing a 7N my whole life, now suddenly, 7N no longer fits. This shoe was at least a half-size larger and it was definitely not a narrow as my heel easily slid up and down in the shoe. I have purchased many Naturalizer shoes over the years and they have always fit. What is going on with the shoe industry? It should not be this difficult to purchase a pair of shoes! I expect this from lower-end brands, but not Naturalizer and the other high-end brand which I also had to return.

I’m not sure why these didn’t work for me. I think it had to do with the heel placement. I just was so wobbly in them and I usually wear 4.5-5inch heels. They just weren’t what I expected. I just knew as soon as I put them on they wouldn’t work. My heel felt like it would slip out, but I frequently have that problem with shoes. Other than that it felt true to size. The width didn’t bother me and I got the regular width. I have slightly wide feet and ordered a 6.

The width was not extra wide.

Unfortunately I was sent a 8M instead of a 7 1/2 WW, which did not work at all for me. The 8 M is a very narrow fit.

Great fit, but hurt my feet just on a trial walk around my house on carpet. Not to mention, I feel the quality is cheap. It is a great style, but the quality was not at all worth the price.
