I bought these Americana high tops for a Superhero costume party, but I will surely wear them again. They don't have much arch support, but they were comfortable enough to wear for hours right out of the box. I ended up wearing them again with my jeans because they were so awesome. Great options to adjust with the laces for a good fit. Good price for Converse from what I can tell. Even at 50+ years, you can wear them! I'm happy. I did size down ½ size which I recommend. I am a solid 8 in womens sneakers or flats and I bought 7.5 which fit like an 8 for me.
