In tops that flair even a little I like to get the smallest size possible so they don't look billowy. For me, this meant getting small. However, the small felt too tight under the arm and so it didn't work but it fit great everywhere else. the medium felt great under the arms but was just a little too large for my body. It was so comfortable. I wanted to be able to keep it. But I knew that I wouldn't reach for it if it was tight under the arms or felt even a little too big. I am 5'5'', 137 lbs. 38 B. If you like your tops loose then you will love it. The fabric is "sooo" soft and feels so great! I could live in it. I have about talked myself into keeping the medium and just going with the "flow" :). As the other reviewer said, it is more of a turquoise than the blue shown on the monitor but it is a beautiful rich color.

The fabric is lightweight - great for summer. BUT, the color is more green than blue.
