Overall, these shoes are great. They do run big as other reviews indicated. My daughter wears a size 2.5, but I had to purchase a size 1 in these shoes. Also, the "hyper orange" is not the color as indicated, it is more of a neon orange. We returned these because the color was too bright.

Bought these for my son in his regular size but should've known better, Converse tend to run big and they were huge. No problem though, Zappos got on it immediately and exchanged the size with no trouble at all. The shoes are great, my son loves them and I'm extremely happy wit Zappos Customer Service.

Bought these for my 4 year old who is in between sizes. These are very large on his foot. Like a whole size, maybe 2. I've heard this rings true for about all converse and was unaware when I made my purchase. Overall they are nice shoes and he will grow into them eventually.

Purchased the converse in Shark for my 6yo. The color is a grayish-blue, and works very well as a neutral (like denim). Very well constructed. We're a converse family and they get passed down as hand-me downs because they remain in such good condition.

She loved these as well, we ended up returning them because she has a black pair right now, and stuck with the green pair we also ordered. Only in need of one pair, but these we loved!
I'd also recommend:
Vans, but vans runs much smaller in size, I would say you should order vanskids shoes full size up

A perennial classic in a versatile color. Not the most durable shoe, but they should last a season. We love them because they go with anything. Just remember to order at least a half size down!

My son loves these shoes and looks forward to spring/summer when he knows he'll get a new pair. They run about 1 size too big and are great for kids with wide feet. They usually only last one season. Mine run them ragged each year but they hold up for the duration and can be thrown in the washing machine too which is great.
