I have always bought nothing but Nike basketball shorts for my 2 teenage sons. However, Adidas seems to be growing in popularity lately so we gave these Adidas shorts a try. They love them! The shorts are a nice, longer length and great quality.
I'd also recommend:

These shorts fit pretty well-and I bought them for myself! No women's shorts have pockets! I like them a lot. They breathe well and are a good length-they go to just above the knee on me and I'm 5'5".
