Customer Reviews Hoka Ora Recovery Slide

I wear slides a lot and bought these because i really like Hoka. after wearing them for a while(month) I developed pain in my lower leg, I didn't realize what was going on but I eventually couldn't wear them anymore because they roll my foot to the outside so much they cause leg and back pain, sciatica. I contacted the company to ask if they arch is supposed to be so relentless(never softens up or gives) and was informed that they are not to be worn for more than an hour at a time. I wouldn't have bought them if i new that. I am weight lifter Mountain biker and run sprints and hike almost daily. I am 5'11" 220-230 lb with a size 13 foot. Maybe i got a bad pair but i would never buy these again.

This is horrible , i felt like I will roll my ankle with every step. very poor support and balance

I've been wearing this slide for about 6 months, mostly around the house. Yesterday I left them out on my patio deck in the hot sun for about 2 hours. The heat shrank them at least a full size and now they don't fit. I've liked the sandal for the most part until they did this. Lesson: never leave them out in the sun, unless you want to shrink them.

I saw a lot of reviews on this slide . I would say these slides have exceeded my expectations . Outside of work , I pretty much live in slides most of the summer . I highly recommend them .

I bought the slides for my husband that suffers with back pain because he has flat feet. He has tried many others but he loves the Hoka’s. I gave them to him for Christmas so he is getting use to them. It takes a little bit for your feet to get use to them but the arch support is amazing. The size is perfect, the material is very comfortable and my husband is happy.
