I love this boot. It looks really good on and is so comfortable. Got a great deal too! I first bought the size 8, which is what I normally wear, but it was too tight. I returned it and got a 81/2, it was perfect.

These boots are AMAZING. I felt guilty spending so much on a pair of boots but needed something to look professional while keeping my feet warm and that could deal with Boston winters. These boots do it all. I had compliments within five minutes of walking into the office wearing them.

I love these boots so much that I bought them in both colors!! In fact, once I finally made the move to purchase my first pair of Frye boots back in the fall, the Natalie short, I bought three more pairs, which included both colors of the Natalie Mid Shearling. They are rugged and I wear them in all winter weather conditions. Since I bought my Frye boots, I haven't worn any other boots in my closet. They keep my feet warm and dry - they were the best investment!! They run true to size.

These boots are SO nice. The quality is there, the pebbled leather and lug sole are very much in fashion. These look super great with skinny jeans, leggings and skirts. The adjustable buckle over the instep allows me to be able to pull the boot up (sometimes a deal-breaker for me). I normally wear sz. 8 1/2 but ordered a sz. 9 because of the Sherpa lining. I'm very happy with them!

These are a heavier boot, but really comfortable. I have a normal foot, not wide and not skinny, but I do like more room in the toes. These are a perfect fit in my normal size 8.5, like they were made for me. I've walked an entire day outside in the cold (about 35 degrees) in them and was so comfortable and warm. I've been considering buying them for months and am so glad I finally did. I love the look and feel of this lug!

I love these boots! I was looking for a moto boot and ordered several cheaper pairs from Zappos. However, despite their price (a couple were close to $200), they looked cheap to me or didn't have the full lug sole I was looking for. Then I ordered these. Yes, they are extremely expensive (I was given a generous gift card over the holidays which is how i could buy these), but the quality is incomparable; I know I will have them for years. Note that they do run small. I wear an 8 and had to get the 8.5 You will not regret spending money on these!

The Natalie Lug is a stunningly well-made boot. They were super tight the first time I put them on - you'll want a boot-horn - but the soles are well-cushioned and I can tell they would be my new best friends after a few wearings. The no-nonsense lug sole promises good traction in any road conditions, and I love the look. The leg opening is a little too wide for me so I will be exchanging them for a taller style that doesn't make my legs look too thin.

First, I love Zappos! I own about 6 pair of Frye boots. They are definitely made to last. I really didn't need another pair of boots, but I couldn't resist! I am glad that I ordered these. I have worn them for about a week now and they are comfortable. I have received several compliments. We are headed for Ireland next month and wanted a pair of waterproof boot. I love shearling lined boots, and these are no exception. I have a narrow foot, and while the boots are wider than what I would like, a heavy pair of socks takes care of that issue. One thing about Frye boots is that they are considerably heavier than many other brands, such as Uggs.

I just bought these and I love them! They are comfortable and stylish. Everywhere I go I get compliments. The only drawback is that they are difficult to put on.

I got a size bigger, because they were out of my size and their other boots tend to run small. These are HUGE. But I'm wearing them anyway. They are beautiful and clunky. Super heavy and hard to get used to, but they keep my feet so warm and I love them. It's going to take longer than normal to greet used to them because of the weight, totally worth it though. True to size!

When I slipped into these beautiful boots I thought they were way too tight, especially on the right foot. Maybe it's me? I have narrow feet, so it was a surprise. The leg opening is also kind of big for my narrow calves but it's about the best I am going to find outside of a laceup. After walking around on carpet for a few minutes I could feel them starting to get more comfortable. However I am going to try them in another color, the charcoal I chose didn't work for me.

I was so looking forward to my Frye boots. As the smallest size is 5.5, I ordered them planning to wear thick socks. The boot was so big there was no way I could wear it. I often have to buy 5.5 or 6 and wear thick socks without a problem. This boot runs very large. It was a beautiful boot and I am truly sad I had to send it back and that I can never get Frye boots

Warning: these don't fit like typical Fryes with or without shearling. I love Fryes, love shearling Fryes (have 2 other shearling prs, 4 plain leather) but these are the 1st that consistently punish my feet, heels esp. The heel cup is too short, and I'm comparing them to all my other Fryes. I have the same size in the short shearling Mara & no problem. Wish I could return these, but I've worn them hoping to break them in. They've broken my feet instead. Can't stand them.

These were a gift that I purchased for my wife for Christmas. She had some other Frye boots so I purchased the same size as those. The pair that she opened on Christmas were two visually and distinctively different sizes. They were both marked 8 1/2 M on the inside, but one was definitely at least a size smaller. Plus the extension on the exiting side of the buckle was a different length. This was simply a Frye screw up, not Zappos. (These are $400 boots, made in Mexico; I expected better!) So did Zappos. When I called Zappos customer service the following day, their representative could not be more helpful and accommodating. She processed a UPS return and emailed that to me; immediately sent me a new pair of boots with next day delivery and provided what I consider a very generous credit to our Zappos account. I could not have asked for more from Zappos and will continue to use them. As for Frye, they have some work to do. Personally, I would not have reordered Frye boots; but that was my wife's decision. They are very nice boots. If Frye is going to have the audacity to charge $400 for boots that are costing them maybe $20 to manufacturer and ship to market, they need to do a better job of quality control. Thank you for saving the day Zappos!
