I could not any e-mail and shoes. What are you doing to me?

Not wide enough. Need to reorder wider shoes. Best shoes I have ever owned.

I have purchased multiple pairs of Rockport loafers in the past and been happy with those purchases. This last purchase, not so much!!! The right shoe is noticeably larger than the left (even though the sizes marked in the shoe are the same 10 1/2). So much so that there is major slippage when I walk. Where's the quality control?

I've bought many Rockport shoes in the past and they've always fit true to size. I couldn't even put my foot in this shoe. Very disappointing because I really like the look and quality feel of this shoe.

I wear the Rockport penny loafers almost all of the time. I normally use size 11 M, which is what I ordered, and were delivered stating as such. However, they were at least a half size or mor too big, with my heels slipping out as I walked. I have had years worth of Rockport shoes, some on line and most from their stores, so this was a first for me. Normally, I trust them to be consistent that many times I have put on a new pair the day I was leaving for a European trip, and never had a problem, so I was stunned to find the shoes not fitting for the first time.

Good looking shoe but was too loose in my regular size 9.5. So I tried a 9 but it was still too big. I was very disappointed.

I have been a longtime patron of Rockport shoes for my everyday work shoes. They have always worn well and been extremely comfortable. This is not the case for these shoes. I ordered the same size and width that I always do with Rockport. With these, they were not only too long causing them to slip off while walking and wear on my heel, but even with the wide width, they still tore up the sides of my feet. Besides the fit being horrible, the quality of the leather upper really seems to have diminished. I cannot see these shoes last half as long as any of my other Rockports (if I were to even wear them). The unfortunate situation with actual leather shoes is that (typically) the fit gets better after they are worn in a little. This means that on day one if it isn't perfect, you should not fret, just wear them in over a couple of weeks. Well this has led to the issue of them still tearing up my feet and now they are not returnable as they have been worn for 2-3 weeks. The worst rating and review I have ever given Rockport. I hope this isn't the new norm and that it might help future buyers in making a purchase decision.

This was bought for my father he didn't like the looks of it it didn't fit well so he returned them. Since he thought they were ugly shoes he didn't have any interest in ordering others

I ordered my normal 9&1/2 Size and they were too big and my heel would slip out so I sent them back for a size 9 pair and they are not available so you credited my purchase card and will never order through your website again.

The finish on this line of penny loafers is dull and unattractive. The view shown online is not what shows up in the mail. I do not recommend purchasing them. I have purchased penny loafers from Rockport for years and this is the ugliest I have ever seen.

I've been wearing your Shakespeare Circle Loafer for years. I thought these were a replacement for them. Bad choice, They don't fit They also feel cheap, under the interliner there is a cardboard layer! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND Won't buy your shoes again.

I love Rockport shoes - very comfortable and they last. I order 11 wide and they always fit well - until this shoe. The back of the shoe never even touched my heel. I thought I would see if my son could wear them before returning them (he is an 11.5 wide), but the back of the shoe did not touch his heel either. Not sure if it is a design issue, but this shoe simply would not fit the heel well.
