Stylish, comfortable, grippy, and durable. What more could one ask for in a shoe?

these feel very solid and sturdy. i can't fault the material or construction. it's really the fit that have me marking them down. they are very very narrow and long. i'm a consistent size 12 in basically every shoe I've ever worn, and these are borderline uncomfortably narrow in a 12. i knew they would have modest arch support at best, and that's being generous. i had planned on getting some insoles, but that's completely out of the question. there's no room whatsoever in these shoes because of how narrow they are. i have to lace them comically loose to keep from cutting off my circulation. i don't skate, i just like the skate shoe style, and i've always worn them. if i skated and i would burn through these shoes in 5 weeks, i probably would just let it go. since i'll have them for a couple of years, i'll probably return them. might give it a few days to see how fast they wear in, but if i had to make a decision today, they would go back.
