This is actually my first pair of UGG boots ever owned and I am so glad I finally bought them! I usually can't go without socks but I totally look forward to allowing my toes to luxuriate in the amazing softness of these!! The sweater material is nice and thick and also can be worn extended thanks to the double-sided buckle. I have gotten lots of compliments on these. Can't wait to buy more.

I bought these as a gift for my daughter, and ordered the same size as another pair of Ugg boots she has. Apparently different styles run different and they didn't fit. The exchange process was pretty easy, and I just sent them back, but now I see the price has been reduced. What is the policy on price adjustments?

I got these as a Christmas present. They are so cute. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe, I normally wear a 7 in uggs and that's what I got in this style. They felt a little snug and short at first but after one day they were perfect.

This is my first pair of Uggs. I just love them so comfortable and stylish. I usually wear an 8 but for these I had to go with the 9.

I love these boots, this was the first pair I ever wanted and I'm glad I purchased them. I've lost count of how many pairs I have but I really like these especially when dressing down.

I love this style of Uggs. I've been wearing uggs for years but the fold down style is always my favorite. It just adds that extra little touch to make your uggs look even better. I used to have to buy long socks then fold them over my uggs but now with the Shaina's I can skip that whole extra expense and still get the look I want.
