I was really excited to buy a high quality boot that fit my foot & had the right amount of style for me. Within the first month the lining started to separate & I took great care to slow the process of it coming apart. Then the 2nd month the plastic that shapes the heel started cracking and slipping under the soles of my feet. I made a quarter size hole and got all the plastic pieces out. I uses these boots to walk my 4 year old to preschool, grocery shop, & go to church. that's it. I am trying to make these last all season but now in the fifth month they are starting to seep.

I LOVE these and was saving to buy them for about two months. DARN...the 9 is too big and even with socks they feel boxy and loose and there is no support! My tall UGGS have more support. SO sorry. Back they go. So cute, too.
