I have worn a 10.5 EE in New Balance for the last 20 years. These shoes run really short. Tried a 11 and 11.5 EE in these and still too short. Very nice shoe, great look, hated they didn't fit right. Going to try another style New Balance trail shoe. Thanks Zappos, you guys are the greatest!

Short changed on material on the side where the lace holes are. Cost cutting or style change? Needs to be more like traditional quality NB shoes. Returned, will try other brands.

Crazy - I ordered two of the exact same shoe - just different colors. The brown ones fit perfectly and are so comfortable, but the gray one were way tighter and have to be returned. Makes it hard to order shoes on-line. If not for Zappos customer service, I wouldn't even try. QC is out the window in China.

New Balance never disappointed me. These shoes are excellent. I enjoy wearing them and looking at them.

Got these shoes last week and have been wearing them all the time. I have wide feet and the fit is good. Nice style and I plan on wearing them when I go hiking this summer in the National parks of Utah.

I have been a New Balance fan boy for years now, owning multiple styles. This new brown shoe replaces some grey 645's that I have worn until the sides are coming apart. These casual-but-work-friendly shoes are my favorite thing to have on when leaving the house. Being an older man, I doctor them up a bit inside. I put some cushion insoles in them and then add Dr. Scholl's CF420 customized inserts. This allows me, with my arch needs, to stand or walk in these comfy shoes for hours without even being aware of them. I look great. I feel great. I'm all in when it comes to New Balance shoes and the Zappos service makes them easy to find, buy, and feel confident in my purchase.

I am very disappointed. I have been wearing New Balance for quite some time. I ordered the exact size that my current New Balance are but after wearing these shoes for a couple of days, my big toe is black and blue, completely bruised. These shoes are much shorter than my last pair.

I'm on my fourth pair. I do a lot of walking and my feet were always aching,these shoes have really helped.

Soft rubber in the soles makes it a very nice walking shoe.

These shoes run 1/2 size small and also are very narrow.

Very happy with my shoes but i am even more happy with the customer service i received. I ordered the wrong size and when i contacted the customer service they were very helpful and it was no problem getting them exchanged. The service was also very prompt and i got my new shoes within just a few days. I am completely satisfied and i will buy from Zappos.com again!!

Size runs a little small. I usually wear a 10 and needed an 11 for this shoe. Otherwise excellent.

Comfortable stylish shoes. Just bought second pair because I wore out the first ones.

The 13EE seemed wider and shorter than what I was looking for.

Got these for my boyfriend and he likes them because they're simultaneously practical and look nice if you want to dress your look up a little while still wearing sneakers.

I've been wearing these for about two weeks now. They're comfortable and good looking.
