I ordered the same size as another pair of metallic birkenstocks I own and it's like it's a completely different shoe. It's uncomfortable, the straps are rigid and it feels like it was made for a man.

These shoes came to me worn. The buckles are very difficult to do as well.

These shoes fit well, and I was so looking forward to getting them; however, something about the fit of Birkenstocks just doesn't work for me. I had terrible leg and foot pain, such that it just wasn't worth it to keep wearing them in the hopes that they would eventually be 'broken in' and the pain would go away. I love Zappos and I know many people love Birkenstocks, but they just aren't for me.
