I have always admired Tom's but was scared they would look weird on my wide feet. Well, let me just tell you...I love them! It took an hour or so of wearing them before they "molded" to my feet, but once they did, pure heaven. And so cute! These shoes actually make my Scottish Troll Feet look good!

I was truly disappointed. I have worn toms before and the shoes I received were NOTHING like the real thing. I'm normally a size 7 1/2 so I ordered an 8. The shoe would not even go on my foot it was so small. I don't believe I was sold/sent the shoe I ordered.

Nice shoe. True to size for people with narrow feet. If you have wide feet, like me, may need a half size bigger.

I love these shoes. I can wear them without socks and they are so comfortable. I normally wear a size 7 but ordered a 6.5 to wear without socks and they fit great. I recommend going down half a size.

Love these! I’d forgotten that you have to break Tom’s in so the first day my feet were pretty uncomfortable, but after that first day they were comfortable and perfect! I wear them on a daily basis to work and I’m a barista- so I’m on my feet constantly!

Comfy and cute. I’m usually a 9.5 or a 10 and the 9.5 was perfect.

I’m usually a size 8.5 in all shoes, but got an 8. The 8 is perfect.

I like these shoes however the soles seems to wear out quickly. The black dye used in these seems to wash away if these get wet leaving an odd 'bleached out' effect in the areas that got wet.

I normally wear a size 8 in shoes, so I ordered these Toms classics in a 7.5 and they fit just as I expected. I’ve been wearing Toms for over 10 years. I’m an 8 in their boots and patterned alpargatas, but I always go a half size down in their classics. I also like ordering from Zappos b/c of the free shipping and returns if I did need to exchange.

Still have these 3 years later. They handle well in the wash. Love TOMS. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable casual flat. I feel like they run narrow but I love that about them.

My wife loves running errands in these. She says they are very comfortable and order other colors as well.

Really wish I could get another pair of these! TOMS now longer sells them and that makes me sad. I wore them out. :(

Definitely order a 1/2 size smaller for a perfect fit.

I purchased the black canvas but it appears to be more of a black/brown---not a true black. I plan to order in another color after I wear these a few more times. Not sure if there is enough arch support.

I have had these shoes for a couple weeks now and I love them! They are so cute and go so good with so many outfits! But they were very tight the first couple days and really had to be worked in. Once I broke them in they fit perfectly! Definitely recommend?

TOMS Classics are my go-to-shoe! I own 3 pairs and they all fit exactly the same. I learned to order half a size smaller because they WILL stretch!! So comfortable and versatile. My kids love theirs TOMS as well! Thank you Zappos for surpassing all others when it comes to customers service! Shopping with Zappos for over a decade and will continue to be a loyal customer.

You would have to break them in obviously but I would recommend honing a half a size up

I am new to Tom's and I love them. Love the soft material and the soft Faux fur lining. Hardly feel the lining. Not bulky at all. Just adds a little warmth. Some cushioning but I need more. I have to get the sizing right and the style, and Tom's will be my go to everyday shoes. So far I think they run true to size. I had to return two pair size 8 BC too small. I normally wear size 8 in sandals and 8.5 in sneakers. I can't see them stretching out that much. As a lot of reviews say. I say order your reg size and go from there.

I have had many pairs of Tom's shoes but was disappointed in these. The style has changed. They come up higher on the ankle and because they got rid of the wrap-over around the top of the shoe, the seams at the back of the foot rub. See photo. Not sure if this is a change in all of the Tom's shoes or just this line made for Zappos but Ill have to wear something else until I can find a good pair. Ho hum.

I have several pairs of Toms of the same type in size 7, but these size 7s were absolutely a half size too big, they were loose before even breaking in. The other pair I ordered in a different color I had the same issue. So weird that the sizing is different. Fortunately, Zappos makes returns pretty easy

I’ve been buying Toms classics for over 7 years. I’ve always been able to put them on right away and they were super comfortable. Never had to break them in. The pair I just received are awful. The fabric is stiff and I got blisters from wearing them. I don’t know what Toms changed or why but I will never buy them again. The reason I loved them so much is because I didn’t have to break them in so it’s just pointless to buy them now.

This is my 3rd (or 4th? who can keep track?) pair of Toms and I was so disappointed. For some reason, the fabric on this shoe was so scratchy it actually gave me blisters, which has never, ever happened in the history of Toms. I assume this is a defective pair, and hope it doesn't mean they've changed the kind of fabric they use, because otherwise I'd have to stop buying Toms. Sadly, they must go back.
