I purchased a pair of these jeans in store. I also ordered another pair in store to be delivered, which enabled me to receive a discount. The pair I purchased in store fit very well and was true to size. The pair I received by delivery was far smaller and I was unable to wear them. Very disappointed in the inconsistency in sizing.

The store didn't have my size. They wanted to order from another store and send to me. I asked to verify that I could send the jeans back by mail if they didn't fit well. I was told that I could. The jeans arrived and one leg was longer than the other. I called the store that sent the jeans to find out how to send them back. They said I could not. I called the original store that told me I would be able to and they too said I could not. I told them they had told me I could. They said that was a mistake and I shouldn't have been told that. In the end, neither store nor the online site would allow me to send back my jeans. That's not all. The number the original store gave me to call the online store (I had to do it myself, you see) was a number to some scam entity that took my credit card number from me (I thought it was Lucky Brand using it to verify the transaction) and then hung up. So I had to cancel my credit card. It was all a royal pain. After 16 years of buying only Lucky Brand jeans I am done.

Sizing is very inconsistent, even with the same exact size and fit. There seem to be no quality standards, when I returned to the store they acknowledged that the sizing was "kind of random".

Casual wear, after first wear the back pocket started to come unsewn and now have a hole in the seam. I have been a loyal Lucky Brand customer and was surprised to have this happen.

Very disappointed in these jeans and the return process. I own several pairs of Lucky Brand jeans in a few fits, including this one. Ordered two more pairs of 410s during the recent sale. Bought the exact same size as all my other Lucky Brand jeans. Not only did the two new pairs fit differently than my existing jeans, they fit differently than one another. At this price point, I expect better quality control. Adding insult to injury, Lucky Brand charges you return shipping and, one week after receiving my return, still hasn't issued a refund.

Love the fit of the jeans but the snap fell off on my third wearing. Disappointed in the poor quality.

Fit pretty good, could use a few more belt loops. The main reason for 1 star is because these jeans bled blue dye onto our white furniture, butt sized blue dye where I sit most often. Have never had a pair of jeans do this.

First time buying Lucky Brand Jeans. I felt that the fit was great, the color too. Styling was classic and overall I fell in love. Too bad they ripped due to poor materials. I loved them at first, but now I'm just disheartened with the brand.

Loved these pants at first. Great looking denim and fit well. However, the first pair of pants ripped (the denim not the seam) within the first two months when picking something up. I got a second pair after an awesome experience with customer service, but that pair ripped as well in the same spot. Im disappointed with the quality and short longevity of these jeans given the price I paid, since I really depend on a pair of jeans that keep up with my lifestyle and am willing to invest in a nice pair.

Do not buy their jeans online! Every pair I try on doesn't fit right and they make you pay for return shipping which is $10. Don't waste your time or money.

This item showed up perfect another one did not (broken zipper) and their customer service was a nightmare to deal with even though I followed the written instructions for returning damaged goods. I finally gave up after several hours on the phone and after over 20 years of wearing exclusively Lucky Brand jeans, I will no longer be doing business with this company ever again. Sad this company couldn't just simply handle a return when all I wanted was the jeans I ordered and for them to not be broken.

They were too short. Couldn't return them because I always wash my new jeans prior to wearing them(never put them in the dryer). I love the 410's. I have many pairs so I always get the same size 38x32. These however were too short:-(

As I am a piano teacher, I would not say that I am particularly active. I don't require much durability in my jeans. However, these jeans are simply too frail. I was impressed by the style and fit of these jeans but they are now worthless since the crotch ripped out within a few months. I have worn Lucky's for years and have owned two pair of 410's only to be thrown in the trash due to the same issue.

I have purchased the same cut pants from Lucky for some time now. But it seems lately your cuts are not consistent and quality has dropped. I can try on 3 pairs of the same size and style, and they will fit drastically different. Most recently the button popped off of my new 410's and I went in to return them. As I was trying a new pair on the button popped on those as well. I was told by the associate they have been seeing this and it's a defect in the button manufacturing. So I ordered my size from the store as they were out. And of course the ones sent fit nothing like the ones I have and are too long and baggy. SMH
