I cannot recommend these sandals enough! I was looking for comfortable sandals for my 2 week trip to Spain and I ordered about 20 pairs from various online retailers. These were hands down the winners from the moment I put them on. They were so comfortable out of the box but I wanted to be sure that I was not going to ruin my feet in Spain so I wore them on 2 long days at the local zoo and they got even more comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and struggle with foot pain anytime I walk long distances even in the most comfortable sneakers. I wore these almost exclusively in Spain for the 2 week period and my feet have never been more comfortable. The sueded footbed is perfect for hot sweaty weather and the soft leather was extremely comfortable. They are not the cutest shoes but the natural blended enough with my foot that they went with everything I wore (the white sole is the part that makes me cringe, but it's that sole that provides so much cushion!). They did stretch a bit after wear, so the back strap does overlap a bit, but the velcro is strong so it doesn't prove to be a problem. After wearing for 2 weeks in 85-90+ weather and walking up to 17 miles a day, these did start to stink. But when I got home I covered them in baking soda in a freezer bag and placed in the freezer for 2 days, which got all the stink out. I also washed the entire shoe with a scrub brush and dish soap (Barcelona streets are yuck!) and they dried quickly and look great.

I'm recovering from an accident in which I broke both legs. One of my ankles is now fused. Most days I wear athletic shoes to work, but they hurt my fused foot/ankle, which is still a bit swollen. I've been buying lots and lots of shoes (should buy stock in Zappos), looking for the right combination of supportive and also cushioning... Naots, athletic shoes, rugged Teva sandals, Alegrias, Mephistos, etc. THESE shoes are simply terrific. They are both cushioning and supportive with an awesome arch support. I ordered the navy (cute but the pink velcro is a little weird!) and have been wearing almost constantly ever since. It's rare to find this combination of arch support and cushioning. Usually shoes are one or the other. At the same time I bought these I ordered two pairs of slip-on skechers type shoes for wearing around the house. They are going back. Neither are as comfortable as these Teva sandals! These do run a little large. I ordered my usual 8.5. They are a good half inch longer than all my other shoes - maybe an inch longer. Kind of wish I'd returned them for smaller - but I couldn't bear to be without them! Now I'm ordering 8s to see how they work. I have wide feet, and the B width is pretty wide. So I'm not sure these would work for people with narrow feet.

I searched everywhere for a comfortable walking sandal for a trip to Italy and Greece where I knew I'd be walking many miles a day, and I could not have been happier with these sandals. I tried on probably 20 pair of walking shoes from brands like Ecco, Born, Naturalizer, Timberland, Miz Mooz, Chaco, Toms, etc. before I found these winners. They were unbelievably comfortable to walk in all day. The tread kept me from slipping on the wet marble steps and the arch support kept my feet from aching at the end of the day. I cannot recommend these enough for anyone who does a lot of hiking, walking, traveling. I got the tan/nude color and even wore them while I swam in the ocean and they held up beautifully. These were perfect in every way.

I bought these to use in local swimming holes and walking on rocks below the water surface. They are awesome! Comfortable right out of the box. No rubbing or blisters like other water shoes I have tried. They are attractive and durable. Love these sandals!

Very comfy shoe! I read many reviews about this shoe and others before purchasing, and I was NOT disappointed. I am so excited to wear these on my international trip. They are extremely comfortable and fit true to size. They are actually pretty stylish for a sandal especially one designed for comfort. Highly recommend.

You know how some shoes need a break-in period? Not these. As soon as I put these on, I was ready to start walking, and especially liked not having an ankle strap to contend with. Super comfortable, and goes with everything. I've learned this brand fits me best by ordering a half size down.

Super comfortable right out of the box wore them all day on my feet at work. They are the right mix between comfort and dressy with the black leather. They are lightweight and the straps are soft.

Super comfortable, really cute and lightweight, soft sueded footbed and soft leather uppers. Received tons of compliments. I have wide feet but the medium width fits just fine. Wore these walking around Europe in the summer, no pain at all. The only downside is that the leather straps do tend to loosen over time so it makes my feet wiggle around a little which makes it less stable to walk in compared to a Birkenstock or Teva Tirra.

I adore these shoes. Cushioned, lightweight, flexible and adjustable over the instep and around the heel. I could live in them. My only complaint is that the front strap is a little thin, so that my toes don't stay as firmly on the footbed when I walk as they would if the strap in the front were thicker. Still I'm not complaining because I love them so much. I got the tan color which has a tan footbed and all in all, my poor problem feet blend in with the shoe and do not stand out in an unhappy contrast to a dark footbed and straps. I also love the heel height. Not too flat, and with arch support! More like this please. Love the combination of cushion and support. Win, win, win, Teva. Again. Now to try some of your boots, which I have luck with also. Thank you.

This is a great shoe. Good arch support, and a really comfortable, soft footbed. No hot spots or rubbing from the straps. This shoe fills the bill for me. Five stars!

These shoes are awesome. Bought them after a nasty ankle twist took me off heels and within a week was walking several miles a day in NYC in complete comfort. They have great grip, good support, and look really cute on. I got lots of compliments on them.

Very comfortable, but not enough arch support, so I am reluctantly returning it.

I love this shoe! I got it for my trip to Greece where I knew I would be walking a lot and it would be over rough terrain at time (particularly climbing up to the Acropolis). I needed something with good grip and that had good arch support because my feet tend to get super sore after walking all day. This shoe met all my expectations! It's not the most stylish but it's not ugly either. It kind of just blends in with your foot and goes with most outfits. Even better, I am a teacher and I have found myself wearing them to school on days when my feet are hurting and need extra support. I am thinking of getting more Teva shoes in the future after my experience with these

I work on a college campus and have to do a lot of walking in my job. Flat, fashion sandals were killing my feet. These sandals were comfortable right out of the box - no breaking in needed. I love them! I have worn them every single day, all day, since I bought them. They have great arch support and look pretty nice in an business casual workplace. Definitely not a dress sandal but great for every day wear.

Awesome sandal! No break-in time necessary. Wore for 3 days, walking 8-10 hours each all over hot and humid Savannah without any discomfort. Favorite travel sandal.

I bought these sandals because I saw them advertised in Runner's World magazine. I'm a teacher and I need something comfortable to stand in all day. I opened the box and thought I would start wearing them to break them in before school starts. No need! These are by far the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. The arch support is excellent. They run about a half size large. I usually buy a 10 but a 9.5 fit just fine this time. Love, love, love them.

I bought these based on the reviews. All are true I have a numb foot and bunions. These sandals worked around all of that for me, while looking good. Beautiful leather, no bling.

I am 54 and overweight. I'm working on the weight problem, but recently, while moving offices, I tweaked my knee. My adorable 31 year old, ultra-marathon running office mate decided it was A ligament strain as I could move forward but couldn't do any cutting and she demanded I wear my ASICS for at least two weeks. I did and greatly improved my knee, but it's hot here so I wanted sandals and ordered these Tevas based on other reviews. Upon their arrival I switched from my ASICS to these sandals and could not tell ANY difference in comfort or support. I honestly can't think of higher praise for a sandal than they feel just like my trainers. I have had innumerable house projects over the long weekend and my knee feels just fine. I may buy the other two colors for fear they stop making them.

Oh... how I wanted to keep these! They are super-compfy right out of the box and very cute. But not good for bunions; which poke between the straps, and I can tell the straps will chafe.

Hey Zappos... I love you but... this sandal is mis-marked. The claim on your website says minim width, on the box it is written as a W.... yes, it is a WIDE!

A great looking lightweight and comfy sandal. I haven't been able to wear them much outdoors yet, but loving the look and feel. I'm a 7.5 and these fit true to size. Also, I have a narrower ankle and there's enough velcro for me to get a good, snug fit--something I've had trouble with in other comfort brands.

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals and this one is the winner. My feet are a slightly narrower than medium 10.5. The 10 fit perfectly. The footbed is so comfortable and soft. I can't tell if the suede is leather or fabric, so I am a little concerned it may get hot, but we will have to see. Right now I don't want to take them off! The straps are leather and not reinforced, so they will stretch to form to your foot.

I have had an ongoing foot issue for the last six years. After finally discovering what the problem was myself (after visiting a podiatrist, orthopedist, and chiropractor), I am finally on the way to it healing. BUT I needed a good shoe with arch support that wasn't hideous - and those two qualities apparently don't go together. This TEVA Livia Lux was one of the cutest I found, and they got great reviews. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7, but since others stated the leather does stretch, I ordered the 6.5. Perfect. In fact, I'm almost embarrassed to admit, I've planned all my outfits the last two weeks around these shoes because they are SO comfortable. Sandals and slacks? I mean, ordinarily, no, but because my foot is also taped, I feel like I can get away with it if people wonder. While I haven't walked for hours in these, I certainly feel like I could, and I will report back after our next big trip because I will definitely be bringing these. My foot has never felt so supported before, and I'm eager to see what else Teva makes.

I have a narrow foot and skinny heel and the Velcro is not enough to hold me heel in the sandal. Would love if you could revise the back strap for someone with narrow feet.
