This bag is larger than I expected, and has many features I like, including the two large zippered pockets on either side, very unobtrusive but roomy. What you put in those side pockets will take up room in the main compartment. If it's a cell phone it won't matter much, but if it's something like a water bottle, it will definitely use interior space. That said, the side zipper pocket is a perfect cell phone pocket, accessible with one hand. The front and back pockets go the width of the bag, which give it a slightly dressier look than a lot of Baggallinis with multiple exterior pockets. I wish the bag was a little shorter and a little wider, as I am looking for something that will hold my dslr and extra lens. The height of this bag makes it a little harder to get to things in the bottom. I do like that the bottom of the bag is supported - heavy items like the camera won't bulge out at the bottom. I'm on the fence about the strap, which is a wider and shinier webbing than a similar-sized Baggallini I own.

I was looking for a large purse/small tote to use now that I don't need a diaper bag, but still carry around enough stuff. I wanted to like this one, but just couldn't. It is narrower at the top than the bottom, which made accessing things at the bottom of the bag more difficult. The dimensions would fit a small laptop, but the narrow opening at the top made it so that I couldn't actually get it inside. If you aren't trying to carry large objects, this would work well, and can be stuffed pretty full, but know that it doesn't accommodate wide things very well.

I bought this bag in the Portobello color. It is very neutral and exactly what I wanted. I can carry all of my normal things in it, but since I have a 3 year old I often carry extra things. While on vacation I added snacks, a water bottle, hat and mittens, a small camera, and other items. I love the fact that it doesn't just look like a boring bag. The gold accents make it look nicer than a normal casual cross body. I am really pleased with my purchase of this bag.

This bag is perfect. I wanted a lighter color for summer. I have another one in black. It holds my iPad, all my credit cards and more. I love that it has an exterior zip pocket on either end of the bag. Perfect for finding my keys, I always know where they are. Also like have a front and back exterior pocket. So much room. Love Baggallini bags!

This purse is just the right size for me, with pockets that work. The color is gorgeous and it seems like it will be easy to clean, and will be durable. It sits flat and doesn't tumble around. The only flaw is that the shoulder strap is a bit slippery - I'd prefer a grippier strap. You can set this purse up so that you can reach most of your stuff one-handed, including your keys! (Put them in the side zipper pocket.)

I did return this bag ONLY because I wasn't sure I liked the zipper set up on the top. The quality was excellent and the size was a nice bigger but not too big...I loved the color and everything else about it...may order again it I find I can't live without it...

This is a fantastically stylish and functional everyday purse. My goal is stylish but casual, and I don't need to worry it's too casual or utilitarian looking. I LOVE bags but take my time to choose well and minimize purchases. A lot of purses I considered were too big, but because I stash an epinephrine kit I can't go too small, either. The exterior seam zipper pocket is great for isolating keys that aren't in daily use. I've been carrying this purse daily for about three months, and it's holding up very well.

I needed a bag large enough to hold my water, tissues, wallet, extra mask...... And I wanted it to be soft for comfort against my body, with a strap long enough to carry on my shoulder, but adjustable for hand or crossbody wearing. Plus, I was looking for a nice neutral color so it would work over time. This bag met all my needs, plus it has style!

I prefer small bagg backpacks aka slings, but you can't wear even the small ones in museums, and my current cross body bagg is too small for my tablet which grew about an inch in each direction. So I wanted a larger crossbody when the time comes when we can go back to museums (woo hoo) as I use it to take pics. I love the front and back open pockets, with light closures, which allow you to get at things you need like maps or guides, but aren't really worried about being swiped. Then the top closes with a zipper (I will NEVER understand top closures without one, see swiping concerns) and inside there is yet another zipper one, the tablet pocket and then smaller card pockets, etc. The end pockets also zip and that is for a water bottle and snack bar.

This was a Christmas gift last year in charcoal and would love one in this color. The side pockets are perfect - one for keys, one for cell phone. Plenty of room inside and out. The wristlet comes in handy as well. Just may make that purchase...didn't receive incentive for this review.

Just got it & have used it for about a week. So far it's very good as far as usability. Many great compartments inside & out. The side zips are perfect for things you want to find quickly. I use one for my water bottle which fits completely inside & doesn't stick out at all. I like that a lot. No worries about getting caught & falling out. The inside is perfect for wallet & phone. The side inside pocket for tablet or kindle is great. I'd this bag an A+ !

In reading other reviews, I was a little afraid it would be too big. But it is the perfect size, even for everyday use. Love the large pockets on the outside for easy access to my phone. Lightweight fabric... I just love it!!!

I am happy that I purchased this bag. This one makes about six baggalini bags.

A friend had this bag and I loved it....it's great for everyday and holds plenty...love my large bags but this is awesome...

This is my third Bagallini purse in the last 6 years, and I will never buy another brand. They last for years! They are sturdy, washable, fashionable and I LOVE the pockets. A place for everything and everything in it's place!

I now own it in 3 colors. I love that it has an adjustable cross body strap. All of the various pockets keep me organized. It's large enough but not too big. I use it as my everyday bag. I highly recommend it.

I bought this bag as a gift for a friend, and she loves it! Nice and roomy, light-weight, plenty of compartments that are easy to use. She is also in love with the champagne color, perfect for summer, but just off-white enough to keep stains from showing.

This is a large tote bag, which is what I wanted. It holds everything you need, including a tablet. As a Speech Pathologist, I travel and carry multiple bags. A roomy, well-designed bag was just what I needed.

Love everything about this purse. So many compartments to help keep you organized, yet not too big. I especially like the side zipper pockets for keys and sunglasses. Fast shipping too, which was an added bonus.
