I bought two of these in the shiny silver - one for me and one for a woman I work with, who has been a great support in my life. I intended on giving her the bracelet on my last day of work, and showing her that I have one too. Well, as you can see from the photo, one bracelet is great and came with the two pieces of paper that explained the company philosophy and the meaning of the bracelet. The other came in a plastic zipped bag with no materials and the arrow charm is severely rusted and peeling. I will give my friend the pretty one and am returning the other. I am disappointed that this seller or whomever it was that made the call, thought it was ok to send me a damaged item. I am returning it and hoping it is taken out of circulation and not sent to another person.
