Our son has narrow feet and a large shoe size for his age. Most shoes are too wide for his comfort, and almost all are too stiff. These, and all SKR athletic shoes with the same last, work well. Need a little massaging to break them in, but after that are very comfortable from the beginning.

When kids were babies SKR were the primo shoes to buy. These felt cheap, made in China, synthetic.The tongue was already looking to come unstitched, the rubber in the front would come unglued and I swear the tab was plastic. Cute shoe, but no arch support and don't think it would last 2 seconds with a rough boy. I returned.

Love these durable and easy all around! Kai shoes are great from a mom of 4 yr old twins...

My son loves these shoes! They were an immediate hit. Very comfortable, have lasted through some pretty tough wear in the first few weeks without looking worn. He has walked long distances at amusement parks all day and in the big city with no complaints. They are also stylish enough to wear with "casual" attire.

I'm so thankful for See Kai Run's shoes! They offer sturdy construction, good support and they hold up well!

Get one size bigger than you need, I had to exchange them. But my 6 year old loves them, and I do too. Cool looking shoes!

These shoes are adorable! I love the "big boy" look with the convince of the Velcro. Unfortunately, haven't worn them much yet so I can not speak for their durability compared to other Of this brand we have had. They are very flexible and my son says they are comfortable. They look great on. My husband would actually where them if they were big enough!

Nice shoe so far. Have not had it long enough to see how it holds up over time. Very thin and not a lot of support. Good for a fashion shoe, not so great as an athletic shoe.

My 3-year-old son loved the wagon detail and couldn't wait to get them on! Fit well - his feet are on the wider side - and should go with just about anything.

I really liked the look of this shoe, but they wore out pretty fast for my kindergartner. By the end of the school year, the velcro was shot (after fixing it once or twice) and the rubber on the front was completely worn off only a few months in. I've had good luck with this brand in the past, but as my son gets older and plays harder, he likely needs to move on to a sturdier shoe.

Very cute shoe but did want to mention that like other reviews these seem to not be made as well as others in this brand. Part of the shoe around the velcro came already broken but keeping the shoe because my 3 year old insisted on wearing them. Didn't alter function just disappointing given its not a cheap shoe.

I loved the way these shoes looked, thought they would match most clothes, and have been pleased with See Kai Run shoes in the past. Unfortunately, I should've believed the reviews for this shoe! These shoes were not durable at all. After being worn less than a month the velcro tab came off and would not stay closed at all and the shoes looked very worn. As usual, Zappos was wonderful, took them back, and helped me find a more durable pair of shoes for my 3 yr. old grandson.

I bought these shoes for my 4yo son because I liked the style and I've been happy with See Kai Run shoes for my kids in the past. These shoes were disappointing though because the tongue gets caught up every time you put them on. It makes it so my son can't put them on by himself, and it's no fun having to pull the tongue out each time.

These lasted exactly 1 month before the velcro interior wore away and fell off. They are super cute, and the shoe is sturdy and well built otherwise, but for the fastener to wear away within one month of purchase is a serious flaw. Ridiculous in a children's shoe at this price point.

The Velcro fell apart within a month of purchase. It was a total waste of money, which is surprising, since I have been happily buying this brand for my kids for six years.
