I’ve had my eye on these shoes for a couple of years, and finally purchased because they were on a good sale. Unfortunately, the sizing isn’t quite TTS. I ordered the 7/7.5 (I usually wear 7.5) and these were too tight. I couldn’t exchange since the 8/8.5 were out of stock, but now I know for later to order UP! This style also felt narrow to me, so I’m not sure a wide foot would be comfortable in these.

The shoes fit but slipped up on my heel. I have narrow heels so had to return. Loved the shoes though and did get the slip on style which did not slip up and was the same size.

I already had these in black, so I knew what size to order. I have to say, I previously ordered the grayish suede version, but ended up sending them back. They just didn't feel as good as the leather version to me. I have been admiring people wearing their little white "sneakers" with suits and dresses and decided that my old, tired feet could use a change. I bought the all white version and love them just as much as the black leather version. Great shoes. I wore the black ones all over Europe, walking and walking and walking. I expect the exact same out of this pair too...and now I have more options.

This is a very nice, soft shoe. I'm guessing the shoe I received is sized wrong because my other Ecco shoes fit fine in the size I ordered. A special Thank you to Zappos for their easy returns.

Felt a little stiff initially, but loosened after walking around house for an hour or so. Purchased the magnet color — deep grayish of black. LOVE this color. I wear a lot of neutrals— black, white, camel, gray— and this shoe goes well with my wardrobe. Great for dressier casual look. Even look great with my summer outfits.

Feels great and is comfortable. Looks good on my big size 11 foot

Very comfortable and cushioned in the sole. lightweight. I normally wear a 10.5 and the 41 in this shoe fits perfectly. not at all clunky but comfortable for walking.

I wear a US size 10M and purchased the size 41 as I did in the past with another pair of Ecco soft 7. The leather felt a tad bit stiff but I’m hoping as I wear them it will stretch a little. My others are suede and were perfect out the box. Great color for fall.

The sneaker quality is excellent, overall fit as expected, However, either the heel cup was lower, or the arch higher, than other Soft 7 shoes I have. I also felt the depth of the toe area was too tight for comfort. The color (dusk cow nubuck) is lovely.

I have a pair of Ecco sneakers from several years ago and they are the best fitting sneakers I have. I ordered 2 pairs in 2 different colors in 8/8.5. There was a lot of toe room at the end, a bit much, I thought. I ordered a pair of 7/7.5 and the toe room was just right but they were less comfortable when I wore them with a light sock. My dilemma is which size to keep! I like the colors of the shoes I bought, the style and quality material. Now I am tending towards keeping the slightly larger pair or one pair of each size. I usually have a perfect fit of shoes in a size 8, but sometimes go down a half size in slip-ons because I have a "shallow" foot (as a shoe salesperson described it.). They are great shoes and my foot is causing the decision problem.

I love Ecco shoes but always have a problem converting US size to European. I have narrow heels, but a high instep and somewhat wider feet. I ordered size 10M in women's but it was too narrow. I read another review indicating that the men's version is the exact same shoe just wider, so I ordered the men's in a size 8.5 and it fits perfectly. Sharing the tip.

Fit and size were perfect. I usually wear size 6.5, and got the size 37. They fit perfectly, and they required ZERO break in period. They have great arch support for my feet (I have more of a flat foot). I was looking for a pair of classy, feminine white sneakers that I could wear to work and these fit the bill. They are worth the extra money over other more clunky sneakers imo.

I bought these to wear to work (casual office) and also for an upcoming trip to London. I first tried to 39 because I'm usually a solid size 8 but they were too big, so returned for a 38. The 38 seems perfect, and I'm hoping they do stretch a bit for extra room. I haven't walked a lot in them yet but right out of the box they were extremely comfortable and supportive.

Really cute color (bright blue) and SUPER SOFT leather. Originally ordered in my regular size (I wear a 6 to 6 1/2 so I ordered a 37) but they looked like boats and I had over an 1 1/2 at the end of my toes. Returned for a smaller size (36) and they fit okay, maybe a tiny bit shorter than I typically where- but they are so cute and soft that I will keep and where without socks. I was a bit surprised at how much of a difference there is between sizes and wish they had 1/2 sizes. Also, this was the only color that I thought was reasonably priced. I would buy other colors if they were also on sale.

The fit is perfect after a helpful Zappo exchange so I could get the 36 (that Ecco calls a 5.5). Get the size you would order in EU size; not US size. There is plenty of room in the toe box to be comfortable. If you have a narrow heel; these may be a bit loose. The dark green looks good and is a great change from black.

These are my favorite shoes! So comfortable. I own several pairs. It is like walking on pillows!

Love these shoes. They’re actually more beautiful and stylish than they look in the pics. They look like a high quality, well crafted product. The leather is reasonably thick but very soft, and they start molding to your feet right away. The laces are sort of thick and round and tight, and I had to adjust them a few times, but when you get it right, it makes the shoes feel custom fit. They’re incredibly comfortable. I have really high arches, so I use a 3/4 Birkenstock (blue satin light weight style) insert, and I can be on my feet all day in them. Cushioning is excellent.

Good shoe but too small so had to return. Fit didn't work for me.

The fit was good. The style was great as an athleisure shoe. The comfort was not good at all. The leather was very stiff and pinched my feet as I walked. I ordered the same pair in Grey rose and they are soft and very nice. However, the black leather will not work. I must return them. I really wanted to love them.

I normally wear a size 7, and Zappos wanted me to buy the 38/7, but it was too big. The next size down fits me perfectly.

The 39 which is my usual size was a tad too narrow and short, so I tried a size up. Size 40 too wide for me in heel so have to return and cross Ecco off my list. Cute and wish they fit, but toe area too narrow across in my size.

Nice enough shoe.. was disappointed to see the round laces. I've had them before in other shoes and find that they don't stay tied. I love Ecco brand and will find another pair that will work.

The vanilla color looks slightly pink in the color but in reality it’s more like a dark cream color, so that disappointed me. I have a slightly wide foot and this felt too narrow for me so going back.

Tight toebox. I have narrow feet usually and don't have issues with but. But the stitching on the inside and narrow width hurt my pink toes so bad. I am going to try the same size in the mens version and see if that helps. wanted to like these shoes so bad.
