These are really cute and very comfortable. They are good for someone like me with plantar fasciitis. They provide nice support. My only complaint is that they are a bit too low - and that it did not quite look right with either skinny jeans nor boot cut jeans. The cuffs just keep getting tangled up and held up because of the shortness of the boot. But these are such nice and very solid, comfortable boots. Also, they did not have wide, so I got half a size up. That worked well, and if you need wide shoes in Teva boots I would order half a size up.

Comfortable leather in a stylish but practical ankle boot. Shock absorbing rubber sole is kind to my joints and 'rolls' my foot with each step similar to Clarks Wave soles which were a real "walksaver" for me since my hip injury. It's hard to find a stylish boot that works for me. Zappos is the best!! I'm ordering another pair!

These boots seem to be excellent quality, but the arch hits my foot slightly in the wrong place (size 9) and heel slips, also toes are slightly crowded in length. I do have narrow heels. I first tried the 9½ - arch felt good, room for toes, but heel was very loose, even with an extra insole added. I really liked the weatherproof feature, but will have to try another style. My usual size is 9.

I loved these shoes, but they were way too small -- and so narrow on my heel I could barely get them on (and my heel is narrow).

I ordered these boots last week and so far, I really like them. The sole is thick, so it gives you a little cushion when you walk, which I like. I usually put a cushioned inset into my boots, but I don't really need one with these. Plus, I don't think there would be room - at least not yet. These boots need to be broken in. The first day I wore them, I actually got a blister on my toe. It wasn't bad enough for me to return them, but each day I wear them, they get a little better. The boots are made very well and I think the height is perfect. I like to wear skinny jeans and I have room to tuck my jeans into these boots. I normally wear a size 6, so that's what I ordered and I think it's fine. There is a little extra room for thicker socks, but not too much. So if you're planning on wearing thick socks for cold weather, you may want to go up a half size.

Love these boots! The leather is a bit tough, but once you break them in they are awesome. I have wide feet, so I went up 1/2 size and they're a good fit. They look great with skinny jeans, leggings, and tights with a causal dress. Plus they're water proof. Also very supportive when you're walking around all day.

I wanted cute boots that I could wear every day without having to worry about wet and mucky weather, and these would have been perfect except they were way too small. I usually wear a 9, no exceptions, but I could barely even get my feet in these. I'm returning them, rather than sizing up, because although I could tell they would have been comfortable and good in various weather conditions if they fit properly, they were just a tiny bit shorter than I wanted them. Very cute, though.

love these boots. This is my second pair. Extremely comfortable, well made and work with anything.. Clean up well with saddle soap.

Purchased for a rainy/slushy trip to NYC in the early spring. They were perfect. I wanted a bootie that would work with any outfit and these worked. I was worried that with all the rain, I would get water in my shoes if I wore leggings, but that did not happen. There was NO break-in period needed. I packed them on my trip right out of the box. I really thought they were comfortable. It rained so hard in NYC, and my feet stayed nice and dry. I felt secure walking around on all types of slick surfaces. I had a pair of Merrell boots the last time I walked around NYC in the rain, and I was always slipping and sliding around... NOT in these shoes. I felt safe and secure running up and down all those subway steps. We walked around the entire city no less than 5 miles a day! The only thing that I didn't like, was that they got scuffed up pretty easily. After wearing them for the first day, they looked very worn in and used. I was a little sad by that since they were kinda pricey and I had just got them. I guess, these will just be my dedicated, rainy NYC shoes.

These are my favorite. I wear them almost every day in every season, except summer. I have put them through the ringer and they are still holding up well after a year of use (abuse?). Because of such a positive experience with Teva de la vina boots, I now have 3 other pairs (de la vina lace up, and de la vina low--low have an awkward shaft height btw, and I just got de la vina mosaic because they're currently on sale). And the grey ankle version is in my wish list. I used to be a ballet dancer and have very very high arches and problematic feet. I'm so grateful for de la vina because I can easily get my feet into them (my arches wont fit into many boots) and I can wear them at university while lugging around about 20 lbs of stuff through sleet, snow, hail, wind, ice, rain for an average of 3 miles and 10 flights of stairs a day without getting cold or wet and without discomfort or pain--while looking fashionable and stylish. All 4 of my Teva de la vina boots have felt comfortable from day one BUT they have also all felt just slightly snug/narrow enough that I worried about being able to wear thicker socks in winter, but they have all stretched to fit perfectly after just a few wears. Also, each of the footbeds are just slightly different, so I've been rotating between these and the black lace up dependent upon my outfit (with the exception of the de la vina low--because the awkward shaft height) and, more importantly, because my orthopedic physician advised me not to wear the same shoes every single day to keep my foot issues at a minimum. These boots have been amazing and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I recommend everyone giving them a try!

I have had these shoes for 6 months now and wear them pretty much everyday because I wear the for work at starbucks. I love them so much. Work is hard on them but they are holding up. They are so comfortable and stylish too. I'm going to be so sad when they finally die but I take solace in the fact that it won't be for a while because they are made so well. I have slightly wider feet than the normal person so I bought a half size up but I really didn't have to. They conform to your foot so it's a perfect fit. I can wear thick socks with them in the winter, though, since I did order a half size up but they still fit fine without thick socks. So glad teva branched out from just saddles. Such great boots!

I wanted an attractive casual booty and after several tries, this fits the bill perfectly. It was comfortable right out of the box, and the soles are flexible and "non skid." I don't like really pointy toes, and this boot has a softer look. I get lots of compliments on them. I got the brown, and it is a very warm color. It does appear to be scuffing quickly and the color is looking sort of uneven. This has me a little uneasy, but we'll see. Overall I am really pleased.

I love these! They are perfect with tights, leggings, or jeans. Super comfortable, and they look great.

This little boots are the BEST... I previously ordered this Teva in the taller version and I've about worn them out. Just work with everything, amazingly comfortable with great support. Wear them with jeans, skirts & leotards, etc. Waterproof, snow slides off, they clean up beautifully with saddlesoap. Love them....

I saw these boots on 2 different teachers at my sons school, who both had them in the bison color and black and wore them practically everyday. They look cute w skinny jeans and dresses! I finally ordered some this year. I am usually a 6.5 in boots and heels and a 7 in running shoes. I ordered the 6.5. They are pretty narrow at the toe and wide at the ankle. I thought I should try how the 7 felt before wearing them outside, so I ordered the half size up. They felt perfect at the toe but the ankle was wide and my feet sloshed around a little. So I ended up staying with the 6.5 and wearing them around the house for 2 days. Now that they are broken in they feel great. If you have wide feet, I don't think these would work for you, unless they make a wide option, not sure if they do. One thing I should note is that the color of the 6.5 is a much lighter brown than the size 7 I ordered (the 7's were exact same shoe, bison brown ordered on Amazon cause I had a gift card) I like the lighter ones from Zappos much better. Maybe that wouldn't bother most people but I really didn't care for the darker color as much. I'll include a picture. Overall- love the boots- can't wait to wear them out today!

these were comfortable but I didn't like the leather. It looked like after you wore them a while they would just look beat up. While the sole had nice cushioning, I wanted to have a shoe I could re-heel if need be. I have a hard foot to fit and I pay good $$ for my shoes. I want them to last more than one season.Also, these were listed as 11 M but said on the box that they were 10W

I wanted to try a different brand and looking for waterproof boots. I love the style, but like a previous review, it fits a bit large and the ankle slips when walking. Unfortunately, these are going back. I'm very comfortable with UGG boots.

I have a narrow foot. I ordered a 6, my usual size and it fits well with a sock or with tights. I love this boot and it is rare to find both style and true comfort for me. Even a little heel hurts my foot. This boot felt great immediately and I love the brown color. It does mark up easily, but if that bothers you put a little oil on them. So comfortable and stylish!! Worth the money!

These boots are amazing! They are so comfortable, I feel like when I wear them I can kick ass and take names. But seriously I put them on and my feet were in heaven. You cannot go wrong purchasing these boots. Only downside, you should wear longer socks with them because they can rub your leg a little raw near the top of the boot towards the zipper. The boot felt true to size, they're lined which is great in the winter because it gets cold as all else up here in the North. I would definitely recommend everyone give these boots a try!

I was looking for a waterproof boot in which I could tromp around the city for hours, but looked nice enough to wear in at least some work situations. I think I found it. This was not easy, as I have very wide feet, especially at the front. Most of the (many!) boots I tried on squeezed my foot. I just bought these, so I can't give a report from years of having worn them, but I can say that they are quite stylish and comfortable.

I bought these boots 1/2 size up from my regular shoe size to wear with lightweight socks on a motorcycle trip last summer. My feet stayed dry in rain and mist! They were also very comfortable to walk in. I'm going to buy a second pair a whole size up to wear with heavier socks this winter.

Great shoes! Wore them straight out of the box on a walking-heavy vacation (16 days in Scotland) and no blisters. Truly waterproof and versatile--they look great with skinny jeans, cuffed boyfriend jeans, and even dresses. The boots were a little snug so I wore thinner socks the first couple of days, but they broke in nicely by day 2. A minor complaint: I favor low or no-show socks and found the inside lining of the boot a little scratchy.

Teva's fit works perfectly for me again. Love them. Love these.

I bought these to wear on a two week motorcycle trip that included some rainy days. My rain pants sprung a leak but my feet stayed dry! These were extremely comfortable for walking right out of the box and are not heavy. The initial finish was a little dull but the boots can be easily shined to look even better than new with a little paste wax.
