Ummmm...I can't believe I bought Rockports. Those are supposed to be Granny shoes. But these are seriously amazing. I have to buy wide width shoes, and I literally run in heels for my job (don't ask, just your typical double standard for women; men can look like crap but we must look amazing and professional even if we're lugging heavy objects). And I live in New York City. So I'm on my feet all day. I bought these to replace a pair of black Nine West kitten heels I'd had for probably 10 years and I cannot believe I waited so long to buy better shoes. These more than fit the bill and I appreciate the "sporty" touches -- ie orange strip on the inside and underneath. Makes me feel fashionable and makes me forget I bought a brand of shoes I normally associate with the over 80 set (no ageism meant - more of a brand image issue with Rockport). But I'm sold on these bad boys and psyched to run around in them and look chic while doing so. Way to go Rockport!

I finally found a high heel that fits!! omg!! Zappos was probably ready to ban me because I was determined to find a heel. I must have tried at least a dozen different brands. I have a new job where I have to dress professionally. These shoes fit great!!! I just got them and immediately ordered another color. I did order 1/2 size down due to some reviews. They are perfect. SUCCESS!!

Though the shoe fit wonderfully, it was clear that others had tried it on and worn them repeatedly- even outside. There were even heel pads in both shoes! The suede was scratched and worn in multiple places. Truly disappointing.

After reading that these run big, I ordered my usual size (8, medium width) and a smaller-but-wider pair (7.5 wide). I much, much prefer my regular size. The "wide" pair felt ever so slightly better around the toe area but too big at the heel, and they would've been sliding out even with a grippy insert, so in the end, my regular size was the better choice for me. The cushioning in these shoes is amazing, especially at the ball of the foot. The heel height would look good at the office and any other occasion that does not "require" a 5 inch stiletto. Note: the "warm taupe" is more of a "warm tan" to me. When I think of taupe I envision a brown-gray and these are more of a toasted-beige or very light camel shade. Not a perfect nude against my medium-beige skin, but close. I will definitely buy this shoe in many more colors!

The first pair of 3" heels I can actually wear! Very comfortable and the sole is non slip. This looks like a much more expensive shoe than it actually is. I ordered a half size down and it fit perfectly but I did need a heel grip pad!

Buy these shoes. I teach elementary school in a long building. I'm on my feet all day. I'm also overweight, which is hard on heels. These got more comfortable the longer I wore them. I could walk in them, no one noticed I had heels on because I wasn't wobbling. Then, I got out of the car onto ice and the traction was amazing. The only slight drawback is that the arch support is lacking but that's minimal for me. They're amazing. Buy half a size smaller, though, the reviews are right.

This is a very comfortable shoe! I stood in these for about 4-5 hours for a job fair, and by far, they were the most comfortable pointy toe heels that I have ever worn. The cushion insole is nice. I am an 8.5 Wide, but I ordered an 8 Wide because they run large. I love that I have fashionable and comfortable heels for my wide feet!

I love these shoes! With my wide feet, it's hard to find a heel that I can wear for a whole night without my feet screaming! These stylish shoes are the most comfortable heels I have ever owned, and a C width was wide enough, great arch support! Thanks Zappos!

These shoes are surprisingly comfortable. Far beyond what you would expect from looking at them. After my pregnancy, I honestly thought that I would never wear a pair of heels like this again. I ended up playing table tennis in them at a corporate party and was quite comfortable even afterwards! Smart styling and good looks. I love the splash of red on the sole. The wide is not very wide. I ordered half a size down (to a 9) based on previous reviews and a wide width to accommodate my wide feet. Overall this worked well, but probably would have done well or just a bit better with a 9½W. That said, if you are in between sizes at all as I am (e.g. between a 9 and 9½, no need to size down).

These shoes are very soft on the inside. I imagine they would be comfortable to wear all day. I wear an 8.5 in almost every brand but it was a least a half size too large in these. Order down.

Size down..No really, Size down. I am a 6.5 W in other brands. I ordered a 6W as most of the reviews said the shoes are larger. A 6W slips off my feet when i walk. Returning! PROS: - Despite being a stiletto, it does not hurt your foot. - the cushioning is unbelievable. my feet felt like they were on pillows. - the toe box is wide, but I would order a WW next time as my bunions still hurt when i was walking in these

I need a wide toe box, so maybe I was unrealistic in ordering this shoe in the first place. Even in a Wide width, the edge cut painfully against my bunion. Fortunately, I found the Rockport Total Motion Kayia sling, which will work for the upcoming occasion. Sorry this shoe didn't work out; it's attractive, somewhat supportive, has the usual Rockport sculpted sole and the "Nero Python" pattern is stylish and subtle, adding a level of detail and interest to the pump. Thanks, Zappos, for giving us such great selection that even hard-to-fit customers like me can find shoes!

It felt like I was wearing sneakers! very comfortable. It took me 3 tries to get this order right. Because the sizes run big, i had to order 1.5 sizes down! And the heel always slipped, so I got one of those that you stick on the back of the shoe. My first Rockport, definitely won't be the last. :)

The shoes are lovely. However, the pointy toes are not compatible with my toes. The points put too much pressure on the big toe and small toe.

love the shoe, unfortunately it was about a half size too big, my heels slipped right out as I walk. I usually take a size 9 - 9.5 and these were a size 9.

I wear size 7 in most of the time, occasionally 7.5, and even with that, size 7 were HUGE! I could stick my whole thumb behind the heel, that’s how much room there was. I also bought them in wide fit, but the width felt regular, not wide. Total miss! They are too long and too narrow.

Pros: Looks beautiful SUPER Comfortable Cons: Suede is rubbing off on the back seam after 1 day of wear indoors in a carpeted office (which makes me wonder whether it's really suede) Super tight fit at first (I'm a true 6 but the 6.5 and 6W were too big)

I ordered these in a 51/2w and that's what was labeled on the box. To my surprise the shoes had been worn and were a size 6wide. Also someone had left the heel griper liner in the shoes and they were dirty, the left shoe had white marks on them. Zappos, please inspect all returns!

I originally purchased this pump in my usual size (9.5) in a Nude Lux. I thought it fit well in the length but the toe box was small and the width was way too tight. I returned the shoe and purchased it in wide hoping it would remedy the toe box as well tight fit. To be honest, I couldn't tell a difference between normal or wide width and the toe box seemed even smaller in the wide width. They were both extremely tight and uncomfortable within minutes of wearing! The extra padding is nice but it also takes away from the much needed space for your feet and toes. Although I love the way the shoe looks, it just isn't going to work. It was a complete waste of money in the end. I highly recommend trying these shoes on in person and not purchasing them online just to ensure the fit is right.

These shoes look very nice and class but they run really big! I usually take a 5.5, and ordered these in a 5 but they are too long. My heel keeps slipping out the back, even with heel grips. I would return them, but I wore them once and can't.

These are the most comfortable high heels I’ve ever had. I could spend all day in them and I’m a diehard merrell sandal person. I bought these and the patent leather ones.
