ordered a size 10, the right size came and it felt like it would be for someone who wears a 6-7. extremely narrow. runs so small. the straps rubbed on the sides of my feet. sent them back a week and a half ago and still waiting for my refund

I wear a 7 in all my reef sandle's but when I got these they were way tight and felt like a size 5 as much of my foot that hung off the back : ( needless to say I had to return them.

I have a very wide foot. People told me to try reefs however my little toe hung out over the edge. TVery very disappointed. Why don't they make flip flops in wide widths

The shoes are not the size they claim to be I had to give them away!!

Extremely narrow and despite being comfy, only lasted one week due to a manufacturer defect where the stitches were not made to the actual strap and instead only to the decorative fabric. Starting the returns process.

I ordered a women's 10 which my daughter wears. We got them they are really cute but the fit my feet which are an 8. Sooo, my daughter is a bit upset???? I also bought my husbands a pair and they fit fine.

I am very disappointed in the "new" dreams because they have absolutely ZERO support. I have been buying the original dreams since they came out because of the great support and puffy insoles, now you are just overpaying for basic flat flip flops. I used to rave (5-star) about the support and comfort because you could walk all day in the original dreams, but I will now tell friends don't waste your money-I wish I had not !!

I've used Reef flip flops for years. A longtime and loyal customer. However, something changed. The first time I ordered, (my normal size for years), the size was too small. It was actually the exact same size as the ones my mother purchased several months ago- and she is a size smaller than me. So I go to the post office and send them back. They don't do exchanges, so I had to have my fingers crossed that they would refund me for the too small pair (Still don't even know if they did.), THEN had to reorder a second time to get the proper size. A little more than a week goes by. I get my properly sized shoes. And I am SO disappointed. The shoes are narrower, so the soles of my feet are digging in to the side of the straps. I already took the tags off, so now I'm stuck with a terrible, uncomfortable pair of shoes that doesn't live up to its predecessors and can't get a refund. very disappointed and will not purchase again until this is resolved.

I had an awesome pair of Reef flip flops for over 15 years. Unfortunately, my dog ate one so I ordered this pair. Sooooo disappointed!! They are untra slim (without being listed as slim) & the "arch" makes your foot look really fat. Additionally, the "cushion" makes your foot unstable & I have already twisted my ankle twice! So sad that I can't clone my other pair :(

I purchased these hoping they would be a replacement for my beloved Reef Seasides, but they are too narrow, even for my already narrow foot. My pinky toe hangs off the side which is very uncomfortable. Returned. Unable to find a similar style to the Seasides so I will be switching brands. BRING BACK THE SEASIDE!
