I ordered these in the brown suede and they're a REALLY cute style and exactly what I was looking for. HOWEVER, as much as I tried I couldn't even get my foot in the dumb boot. So after three tries I gave up because let's be honest, who wants to struggle that much to get into a pair of shoes no matter how cute they are!

Pros: This shoe is super comfy. I ordered half a size down from usual, and they were perfect. Soft leather, comfy footbed, flexible sole. Great for comfort. Now come the cons. Cons: They have no style. My feet look like clod hoppers. They look like they have the silhouette that is on trend right now, but they don't. Somehow when you look at them, it looks like a construction worker shoe that has been slightly updated. Also, the laces were too large for the eyes and I had a hard time getting them loosened. So, look closely at the shoe, there is the part that can be folded up or down, that has metal grommets around the laces, great. Look at the part that cannot be folded down, no metal grommets (because you're not supposed to put the laces there I would imagine) but that's where they were laced! I couldn't get them out without cutting either the shoe or the laces. When I took them out of the box, the leather was perfect. Somehow between fiddling with the laces and trying them on, I scuffed them (on the carpet?). I don't think they will wear well. I give up. Between the issue with the laces and the lack of style they're going back!

These just wouldn't fit me. I'm a solid size 10, but I had over an inch of space at the toe. I also have pretty normal calves, but the calf area was so tight that I lost feeling in my feet. It's a shame - I thought they were pretty cute for being basically work boots.

these boots were a gift for my daughter...she loves them and loves the fit. 9 1/2 just right. even more than that, I LOVE ZAPPOS for the fastest delivery I've experienced. I ordered these late in the afternoon and had them next day! I'm always amazed at your delivery. Thank you again for exceeding my expectations!

With the mixed reviews a little hesitant about these. Glad I ordered anyways for I love love these boots! The boots are fairly plain, which I like, however have the stylish sweater tops. I ordered my regular size and they fit great!

Unlike other reviews, I had no trouble getting the boots on or off, they fit as expected, and they are comfortable to wear.

These are gorgeous boots with great tread and look to be well made. Unfortunately, they were too wide for me and I had to return them.

I love these boots so much that they are my second pair. I already own them in brown. The brown ones are suede and the black are nubuck. I was looking for a pair of boots that were more like combat boots but more casual and these fit the bill perfectly. I wore them all winter long even in slush and muck. They kept my feet warm when I wore my merino wool socks. They run a half to a full size big and a little wide so if you have a narrow foot they probably wont work for you. They will definitely accommodate a thick sock if you have a medium width foot. Very sturdy, rugged boot. Love

I love these boots for winter in the snow, mud, and rain. My feet are warm, dry, and supported plus they look great too. I went down 1/2 size and they are awesome.

Love these boots. They are tough but fashionable. I sprayed them with weather protector which I highly suggest if you plan to wear them in snow/sleet/rain. These boots are super warm, comfortable, and cute.

I just got these boots - I was so excited but I have to return them. They were much heavier than expected, more like a combat boot. They were so difficult to unlace to get them on and getting them off was even worse. Even walking around they were not comfortable way too heavy. I am only 5'3" 118 - so it was just too much boot. I was really bummed because I had my eye on them for a while and loved the fabric and roll over feature, but that is what made them too tight on my legs. Sorry not happy.

Love these boots. They look tough and feel rugged (nice traction!) for this cold, Midwest winter. Lots of room in the toe box. Good thing I lift weights. Not sure who packed these boots for shipping, but it took me 15 minutes to get the packing material out of one of the boots -- did you stuff it in there with a jack hammer? LOL. The other one had barely anything!

I needed warm boots to replace UGGS I had lost, I know these were a huge difference in shoe but seemed to be much more practical with tread and a better price! I usually wear a 9 to 9.5 and the size 9 fit perfectly for me. they are super light weight and comfortable and i LOVE the sock detail!! Very happy!!

I always wear a size 6.5 in a boot , but I kept these in a 6 and there's plenty of room. So heed the reviews - they run large! I bought these for comfort and style. They are comfortable enough to wear all day in city or country. They are cute, but not as racy as I hoped for a combat boot. Still, cute enough, so I give them 4 stars for style.

Very comfy and stylish.You should order a half size down. The light brown boot is actually grey, but I still like it.

I have written around 2 reviews in my life. I feel compelled to tell everyone how much I love these boots. They are really well made, but cute too. They run a bit big, but I still ordered my regular size and love them all the same. The only thing that was off is the color. The gray boots really are gray (which I love), but the picture makes them look camel-colored. Overall, great price, high quality boot, very comfortable.

I absolutely love them! I looked all over for leather/suede boots like this. I found junky cheaply made pleather everywhere for the same price. These boots are made well. Will last for years, not just a season. Thank you, Cat, for offering them in options! I am returning my 7½, getting 7 or possibly 6½. I will order both to see the best fit. I am bummed about having to wait, but it is well worth it.

I read that these boots run large so I thought I'd order an 8 since I'm normally an 8.5. Unfortunately there were no 8's left, so i crossed my fingers on a pair of size 7.5's. Thankfully I did, because I got them and they fit great with thicker winter socks. These are furry, but not in the toe so thick socks will likely be needed for winter. Overall great boot. Recommended.

Highly satisfied with these boots. After reading additional reviews, I took their advice and ordered a 7 and instead of my normal 8. The boots fit comfortably despite my wide feet and there s room to spare even with socks on. They feel as work boots should sturdy, firm, and eager for a job. However, I will reiterate what another reviewer stated: If you have bigger calves/ankles, the boots may feel a bit snug at the entrance. I have thicker, more muscular calves, so it was a glove-like fit at the top, but otherwise, these boots are great. Would recommend.
