My son was so excited about this style and was so excited to wear them. We got them a week ago and already the soul of the shoe is detaching from the canvas of the shoe. My son hasn't been doing any extra activities nothing crazy, except for going to school and home and maybe riding his scooter and they're not holding up. It's been one week.

I just got these for my toddler they came in 2 days ago..she wore them today and this is what they look like. Glitter falling off both shoes because the glitter isn't sealed with any coating. Then the black vans label on the back of the shoe is hanging off. All of my kids love vans ans this is the first time I've been highly disappointed. They need to advertise that the glitter falls off bc I would not have wasted my money.

I bought this shoes for my daughter because it looked cool but after she worn a few time the zip have ripped out from the top now the shoes can not wear again.

We liked the style of these shoes but the black rubber soles turns Chalky looking very quickly and the soles came unglued from the toe area of the shoes with in two weeks. They definitely don't last long and I will never buy these for my son ever again.

I didnt realize Vans ran small I really liked the shoes but had to send them back for s refund and purchase from somewhere else so that my daughter could actually try on the shoe.

My daughter loved these shoes so I bought them for the start of school... unfortunately the zipper in the back caused blisters and made them very uncomfortable for her. She’s had other Vans that she loved, just not these. I gave the one star because she refuses to wear them.

Really bummed because these are super cute, but my daughter says they are uncomfortable across the toe area. Plus, She has only worn them 3-4 times and the rubber strip on top of the sole is coming away from the shoe. Plan to return as I don't think they should be showing so much wear & tear already.

This review is for the GLITTER styles only - they shed glitter! They look adorable, my daughter was instantly in love with them, but they were returned immediately because the glitter was coming off. I don't think this is a flaw necessarily, I think it's just how the material is - there is no way that the glitter could all be securely attached. I can't comment on whether the glitter would've worn off noticeably and affected the appearance of the shoe over time. But if you, like me, cannot stand glitter running free in your home then don't buy the glitter ones! We exchanged for another color, hopefully I can convince my daughter to keep them because I think they're super cute! Also note, unlike some of the other Vans styles that run large, these run true to size.

These are cute, but the zipper in the back gave my daughter a blister and now she refuses to wear them. The zipper does not help getting them on and off. It's just a design element that rubs little feet the wrong way. If I were you, I'd avoid these shoes.
