Fit and style were not relevant because both shoes had scuffmarks and one was full of pet hair!! YUK!! Who wants to try this shoe on ? First time receiving a more than gently tried on shoe! Back they go!!

Black shoes feel a whole size smaller

Disappointing. I thought they would be way more comfortable

These shoes were not the color ordered, they look like they have been in the sun way too long and the color is not even close. Expected not to be sent defective products.

First I am finding suspicious that there are so many anonymous reviews... why? the shoes were not tru to size, narrower even though I ordered extra wide RR, look leatherette more than leather, and the sole was very hard! not comfortable at all need to be redesigned not worth the money

I purchased the exact same shoe in Brown and it fit fine. So i ordered a black pair in the same size. The black pair are HUGE compared to the other pair - almost 1/2 inch longer and much wider. So this is clearly a labeling error at the factory.

This show is significantly smaller than the size it was labeled -- was not even close!

I wear a size 15, but when my 15s arrived they were too small, so I sent them back for a 16, but the 16s did not fit either. They were too small. I suppose this isn’t a problem if you wear smaller sizes, but there are no 17s and I have spend two weeks without shoes.

Wow, coud not even get my foot halfway in. Way too tight, ordered 3E and looked like an A.

After owning several pairs of Rockports these are by far the most uncomfortable. All of my other Rockports have been extremely comfortable right out of the box. These definitely feel smaller than my previous pairs even though they're the same size. In fact, my prior pair was also an 11.5 yet they were a touch large. These feel like I have zero room in the toe box, not to mention the squeeze on the top of my foot above my arch. I have semi-wide feet, so the squeeze is sometimes normal on medium width shoes until they're broken in, but this is a whole other level completely. The leather is stiff, which normally wouldn't bother me because they are new, I just never had the same "break in" period with my prior Rockports that would be required with these. My prior pairs had leather that was already soft and didn't require much of a break in at all. Come on Rockport...I expected more!

I have purchased various Rockport shoes (dress and casual) for the past 25 years. In general, I have been very pleased with the value, style and comfort of the Rockport shoes. However, I have been totally not satisfied with the two pair of Rockport Classic Loafer Lite Penny shoes that were my most recent purchase from Zappos. The "Lite" should be changed to "Cheap." The heel does not have enough support. The leather is cheap and the color on the burgundy shoes has faded. The stitching on the shoes has unraveled in several places. I have been much happier with my earlier purchases of the Rockport Oak Knoll Shakespeare Circle loafers. My recommendation: avoid the Cheap Rockport Classic Loafer Lite Penny shoes and pay the extra money for the Rockport Oak Knoll - Shakespeare Circle loafers.
