This shoe in the narrow width fits my narrow foot well. Very nice styling, formal enough for attending concerts, etc., while traveling, yet still serving as a walking shoe. Excellent quality for the money.

This shoe looks good enough to wear with a suit when leading a funeral or visiting elected officials in Albany, NY. It can wear them every season, though I tend to do more casual sandals for summer. These have gone through their share of slush and held up. After I used them to dig a new garden space, I decided the dirt had roughed them up enough that I should order a new pair. So, after having the first pair 18 months, I got a second pair. Now that the old ones are cleaned up, I have to look twice to make sure I grab the old ones for the garden and walking on the sidewalk to lose weight and the new ones for church. The old ones are still fine for everyday use. They are not fancy or stylish... but they are comfortable and pass as acceptable. I also wear them with jeans, though brown would look better than the black with faded blue jeans unless you add a black jacket for style. Note, the first week I had these, my foot had to adjust to the support. I almost sent them back in defeat. I am so glad I kept trying. These are a perfect shoe for my needs and comfortable worn for many hours.

It took me 3 full days before the shoes were finally broken in. Once there, they are comfortable and wonderful to wear. Just have to be patient with the shoes during break in period.

These shoes are great! I have ordered several pair. I have a wide foot and an orthopedic support I must wear. These shoes let me comfortably walk all day.

My husband has an 11 11/2 5E shoe size and he has a terrible time finding shoes. These fit great and are comfortable. He also likes the basic dark brown color. Thank you Rockport and Zappos!!

I am an airline pilot and just finished my first trip with these shoes. These Rockports are comfortable out of the box, airport friendly, and provide plenty of support. The soles were great for whatever surface I was walking on - from the tarmac to slippery airport floors. And the shoes looked great - I actually had coworkers comment on how nice they look - that's never happened before.

These are great shoes if you have to do a lot of walking during the day!

My husband wears a 6.5 shoe. Do you know hard it is to find 6.5 Men's shoes? Very difficult! I ordered these shoes for my husband. He was thrilled with the fit! He was so amazed I found his size! He loves the shoes. He reports they are very comfortable!
