Wish that I knew that they ran really big- at least a full size larger!

These sandals were the right size and width (37 N) for my feet. They didn’t work for me because my feet are too sensitive to the hard base of this style. Great look, but not comfortable for me so I had to return.

Definitely some good things and bad things about this shoe. Pros: cute, adjustable. Cons: not flexible. Very little arch support. Not very comfy. Birkenstock is overall not flexible, it's so hard to walk in them. The part your foot goes on is rough and uncomfortable. These shoes are cute, though. And they are adjustable. But I wish Birkenstock made their shoes more flexible and have better material. Disappointed. Would rather buy from LA.P.T.I.

These shoes are awful they fell apart less than 6 months after purchase. Customer services refuses to fix them. Awful awful awful

Unfortunately one of the buckles arrived broken.

Wow, if you have a flat foot or fallen arches, do not order this shoe. Very uncomfortable!

I was SO bummed about these! I don't normally write reviews but these were a huge disappointment for me. I wanted to love them and I've had many pairs of Birkenstocks in the past, but these really didn't live up to the quality I expect. The straps felt really flimsy and cheap and there was extra glue around the toe on both shoes which was really unsightly and cheap looking. Such a bummer! Going back to the original Arizona even though the white is cute for summer!

these shoes will change the shape of your feet such that you will have difficulty standing in anything other than these shoes. there's actually soft bone near the center of your feet and this shoe has so much Ark support that it will warp this bone until it becomes elongated. when this happens the bone will protrude downward so when you stand you have soft bone that's against the ground which is not supposed to be used tp support large masses. this causes pain if you stand for long periods of time which I do because I work at a standing desk. if you ask me it makes much more sense to make a shoe with the flat surface so the feet can operate as if it were on flat ground. this is also what our feet evolutionarily evolve to do and why it feels so good to be bare feet.

I have had these Birkenstock shoes for a little over a year. Purchased them in June of 2020. Wore them for July/August of this year and last year. so about 6 months total. They are starting to tear on the top where the top of the strap attaches to the side and it bends. There had been a crease on both shoes oddly from the beginning. I contacted Birkenstock and they sent me info for 3 third-party repair shops where you send in the shoes and they do repairs. None of which will touch the top strap repair. If you are looking to buy Birkenstocks, I'd move along as the company does not stand behind their product and the products do not last. Save your money and buy something else.

The quality is horrible compared to years ago. Customer service is rude, cut you off and they don’t stand behind the garbage they make. Buyer beware

Horrible. I was worried about the shoe being too narrow, as I have wide feet. I was told by multiple sales associates that they are already wide and they will conform to my foot width and shape. It's been 3 months and I wear them for 20 minutes only to get terrible blisters all along the insides of my feet. They're the most painful shoes I have ever worn.

Mine arrived with a missing buckle. Also, this was my first pair and they just seemed very uncomfortable to me. They are very heavy to walk around in and the shape/raised parts on the inside bother my feet. I bought them because every one says they are extremely comfortable, but they weren't comfortable at all to me. I'm a size 7 & bought a 38 narrow and they still felt too big, but that may be because it's just such a heavy sandal.

The shoes were used!! The white birkenstocks were definitely worn around town before we received them. A clear footprint was on the footbed and soles were filthy! So very gross!

I guess my feet are not meant for BIrkenstocks; as cute as these were they were all around significantly too large. Sizing down would not have made them more secure on my feet as the narrow that I ordered was way to wide. Back they went. The arch support on this is negligible, its more like bumpy soles, not like the great arch support you get with Mephisto Helen shoes.

Unfortunately, these are right for me. I really love the style, but they don't fit my foot at all. Hit in all the wrong places and one of my toes was hitting the raised lip of the sandal right under my nail. Bummer. I've asked around and hear that you either love Birkenstocks or you don't. They don't fit everyone. I think it's worth trying to find a store to try them on first. Even if it's not the same style or color you're looking for. That way you know before ordering.

Very ugly on smaller feet, and the straps seems to be cheap material. Quite wide and loose for me. Probably the narrow would fit better, but still looks ugly. I am going for the one strap next time.

I am an 8.5 or 9 and these didn't fit me or my daughter in any which way. I ordered the 39 but neither the straps or the footbed fit. Super cute for my teenage daughter. Super dowdy for me. We aren't keeping them but they are the chicest things this summer.

I am very disappointed with these Birkenstocks. I thought these were suppose to be comfortable but instead it was actually painful for me to walk with. There was zero cushioning to the insole and also my left insole of the arch was higher than the right when compared next to each other. This made my left foot really uncomfortable and painful for me to walk. The arch of the insole was not fitting perfectly with my feet and I am usually ok with every shoes out there (and I did order a correct size). There is no cushioning and incredibly high arched insoles. That leads to pain. Also, the insole leather had something sharp coming out and it was keep poking my bare feet. These Birkenstocks were just an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this type of Birkenstocks.
