Super cute and comfy boot! Bought them as a gift for myself for my birthday. They fit really well and look great with everything from skirts to skinny jeans.

These are WONDERFUL boots! Good quality and comfortable. This is my third pair of Timberland boots. I have thin calves and these boots fit beautifully. Such a blessing since so many are huge on me. I highly recommend them. I always get a lot of compliments, even from men.

Love these boots! I went thru a few brands before trying Timberlands. I have planters fasciitis, this boot allows me to use my orthotics. They are comfortable enough to be on my feet all day with no problems and they are cute! I get a lot of compliments on them!

Ordered in 9.5 D in black to wear with dresses/skirts. Gorgeous boot. I wanted to love it but boot was very stiff at the toe and I would need to break it in. Also, too tight at the calf to wear outside leggings. Would reorder in brown, go through break in, if wide calf were also available.

The boots look amazing, and the leather seems to be high quality. Only have two complaints. Had hoped the boot would be taller, since many 'riding boot styles' come pretty close to knee. Also, it's tighter around my calf than anticipated, making it hard to tuck pants in for that riding boot look. Am hoping the leather will stretch a bit with wear.

These boots are cute and I like the buckle. The only issue is that the leather isn't as soft as other boots I own so they feel a bit stiff. I'm hoping they get more pliable as time goes on since they fit great and are comfortable.

I have really scrawny legs so it's always a struggle to find boots that don't look horrible on me. These boots have a pretty narrow circumference, so they aren't too baggy around the calf area. Seem comfortable enough to be good for walking, although the ankle area is a bit roomy. For someone who struggles every year to find boots with a narrow enough calf area, these are definitely recommended.

I really wanted to love this boot. It was comfortable when I put it on, had a great leather and nice interior too. In the end I just thought it was too casual looking. I also didn't care for the angled top.

Good boot for wider feet. I ordered these in a 9 wide and they fit pretty well. I usually were Born shoes which fit me a bit better, but don't look nearly as cool. These boots are a good compromise with style and comfort. Plus the leather is really nice and they are well-made. I haven't done much walking but have worn 3 xs with no problems.

These boots are very cute and stylish. More importantly, they are a good fit for petite people! I had so much trouble finding boots with a shorter shaft length - these fit me perfectly (5'0 tall). The calves were tight at first, but stretched out nicely. The only negative is that they do not provide any support, making them uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Overall a great purchase!

Awesome boot! Not as tall as their other so ends up being a little short on me. Really comfortable and look great.

These are really nice boots but not quite perfect. First the good: the leather is really nice, supple leather that will be comfortable and wear in well. The footbed is pretty well cushioned so these are a lot more comfortable than most tall "fashion" boots. They run true to size and the shaft height is good for us shorties (I am about 5'3" and they hit about 2½" under my knees, so they are not awkward to walk in like some taller boots). Now the things I did not like: I agree with the other reviewer that the detail on the back of the shaft and the strap across the ankle aren't great. I find that the strap really truncates my legs (bad for me since I am on the shorter side to begin with). I am keeping the boots and having a cobbler remove the ankle strap. I needed to get them modified anyway because I have large calves and needed to get the shaft extended. For reference, I got a size 7½, my calves are about 16", and I had to get a 3" strip added to extend the calf enough to fit over pants. I was able to find a cobbler to do this and they look great. I am a true size 7 but sized up to a 7½ to wear with thick socks and they are comfortable and do not feel too big.

I really wanted to like these, and there was a lot that I did like about them, but ultimately they were returned. Likes: The foot bed was really comfy. The lining really pretty. The shoe was snug, but not tight. The leather was gorgeous. The shaft height was nice, and I liked the detail of the curve in height. Dislikes: The leather details on the back of the shaft and the strap weren't for me. They are more obvious in person, and it was just too much. Also, I have wide calves and these were just a little more tight than I was comfortable with. I was hoping the side tabs would help to adjust the width, but they really make no difference because of where they are placed. If you like the detailing, go for it! This is a great boot!

I am truly so sad to return these boots. They are lovely but yet another pair of boots is slightly too tight in the calf area. I don't have large calves and they would probably stretch a bit but for the price, one would hope to put on the boot and just love them and feel great in them. Sad to return.

I loved these boots, right up until I tried to zip them. The very top of the boot has an adjustable tab, but I couldn't get the zipper up the last three inches. Boo.

This boot went on so comfortably. Leather is beautiful. Fit great in the foot and shaft...but the area around the ankle was so bulky it was strange.

Really bummed about these boots. The overall feel can only be described as chunky and masculine. The rounded toe, over-sized buckle, and wide calf created a more utility work boot look than riding boot. The footbed itself was comfortable and the leather quality seemed decent for the price. The quality of the boot was fine but aesthetically it left a lot to be desired. As a reference point I am 5'1 with a 12" calf, narrow foot, and very high instep.

My feet are wide, with a bunion. I normally wear 6-1/2 wide in shoes so I got a 7 to allow for socks. These boots were too narrow. Ironically, my favorite Timberland hiking boots are 7 Medium and are wider than these in 7W!

I wish these boots felt as good as they look. The zipper hit my ankle bone funny on my right foot. I decided to go with the Frye Phillip Harness tall boot instead, the leather feels a lot softer, comfort is worth the extra cost.

Okay Timberland I like and agree your environmentally friendly attitude, but why not start with preserving our feet? The shape of the toe box of this boot is disappointing as many others...it just get narrow and squeezes your toes into the stupid unnatural shape of a feet. I order the size 10 wide and there was nothing wide about it. Otherwise the material and design was really nice and high quality. Please make human friendly shoes!
