The shoe seems to be well made, and fits well. I have not tested its waterproof qualities, which was a principal reason for its purchase.I had a Rockport Walking Shoe that was lined with Gore-Tex, which I liked very much, and was hoping that it was still in production. It was completely waterproof until almost its end-of-life, and I hoped to find it still in production. I would suggest that Rockport consider making all of their shoes waterproof, as I may have bought one or more pairs additional if I liked their styling and they were waterproof. Unless you live in the Sahara Desert, there will be days when you must walk through water, so this should appeal to everyone.

I purchased a pair of these over a year ago and am just replacing them now. I wear these nearly 5 days a week for work. They take a few days/weeks to break in and then they are super comfortable and keep the water out.

Bought these for my 19 yr. old grandson for
Christmas. He put them on and they were immediately comfortable. He thought they were stylish and could go from college campus to dates. It was an added bonus that they were water as well!

These shoes are great, I like the grip on the sole, good traction! They pinch a little bit on the top but I expect that to go away as they soften up with some wear.

I love these shoes! Since I bought my last pair I've walked 550 miles (yes miles) in them. They're not hot (being waterproof) but depending how much wax is on the floor at work, they do tend to squeak. I bought another pair for when the soles wear out from all the walking. I figure in another couple hundred miles.

I have had these shoes for over 4 months now and they are the most comfortable pair i have had for a long time. They look good with office attire and the fit has been great. I like to work with a standing desk and walk at least couple of miles each day - they have been wonderful for my feet for both standinng and walking.

Great shoes! They're very comfortable. I have wide and delicate feet for a guy and I never find a good shoe. These are great an I'm very pleased with them. I walk upwards of five miles a day so I go through shoes quickly. My sole con is I had to put a bandaid on my left heel because it needed to break in and it broke the skin.

I had had issues wearing my dress shoes and getting caught off guard in snow with no protection so I bought a pair of these. They are not as stylish but look good enough and they do keep the water out of your socks on a snowy day, that was the main reason for buying them. They are comfortable but don't breath as well as regular dress shoes, but that is to be expected, your feet don't sweat but they are a little warmer. I will keep them in the car for emergencies when it snows in the winter and wear my regular dress shoes other times, good purchase.

A stylish slip on casual dress shoe that suits many occasions. It's comfortable and mine was true to fit. They squeak a bit on some vinyl/linoleum floors. They seem of good quality and reasonable durability. I wouldn't want to walk for very long distances, but that's typical for most casual dress shoes. They are indeed water resistant. Probably could be retreated once the seal fades.
