While this shoe is super cute, I am extremely disappointed. I typically buy Stride Rite for my 2.5 yr old daughter. She is not hard on her clothes and shoes. The soles on these shoes have almost completely worn through. The velcro has not held up very well either. The Target Circo brand shoes I bought for her to wear while playing outside look brand new compared to these and she has worn them more!

This is definitely at least a half size larger. I compared it to another stride rite shoe and it's a half size larger although they're both 3.5 (see side by side picture). My LO seems to like it though and was comfortable with it so I'm keeping it. Cute and looks sturdy.

Second year in a row coming back for these sandals. My very picky toddler loves them! I think they run a tiny bit big, she's a solid 7 in all other Stride Rites but these in a 7 are a little bit big, they'll probably fit into the fall which is fine so I'm keeping them.

These are very bright, that would be the one change to them I would make. However, they're very comfortable to my 3 year old and she loves the bright pink. They do a great job protecting her toes while not being too hot on her feet in the summer. I would buy again in the future- perfect shoes for summer days at the playground.

My 1.5 y/o daughter loved wearing these shoes and they lasted the entire summer. She wore these pretty much every day. My daughters feet get particularly sweaty so the shoes smelled after a short time. But it was nothing a washing in the laundry machine could not fix. We routinely washed/dried these, and didn't have any issues from laundering them. I am getting them again for her for this summer. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my daughter so she would have comfortable shoes for our cruise. She walked in them everyday and seemed to love them! I highly recommend these shoes for your little girl for the summer!

My daughter is only 15 months old so it's hard to get her opinion, but she seems very happy with these shoes. They fit well and she's excited to put them on. She can wear them with socks as required by her daycare or without and there isn't any rubbing or discomfort.

Love these! As does my little girl. Perfect sandals for summer that will also provide good protection for her little feet. Only tricky part is getting them on without getting her toes stuck in the side holes, but they do open up wide at the top so it is really not too much trouble. Highly recommend.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I've bought for my daughter. She grew out of the first pair and they worked so well I bought a second pair. She is almost 2 years old now and is very active. She wears these almost every day as they are a great option for running around. They work well with or without socks. I haven't had any problems with them falling apart.

So far, these shoes have been great for my daughter. They provide great coverage of her toes so they are daycare approved but also have some vents, which help them dry and keep her feet cool in the heat. Only one issue I've noticed is that the ankle strap has given my daughter some red marks from friction (could be her chubby legs). Great shoe - highly recommend.

I ordered these for my little grand baby, and she loves them. They stay on well, and are so easy to adjust with the velcro strap. I just ordered another pair of stride rite in a larger size. They have been around since my baby was little some 30 years ago! That is some staying power.
