It is a really nice backpack. Zippers are smooth and durable. It is a little heavy if you want to carry on your back.

This backpack is fabulous. I just returned to university, and commute about 45 minutes each way by subway 4x/week. After the first week of carrying all of my stuff in a messenger bag, I thought my back was going to give out. I purchased this backpack, and it has made it swimmingly through my first semester. It's held up to being rolled around campus, through the NYC subway system, and all over the place without one problem. I love it, and couldn't do my commute without it. It fits all my electronics (iPad, laptop), plus all my books and accessories, like pens, pads, wallet, etc. It is somewhat large, and although it has straps, I never carry it on my back. I roll it like a suitcase, and use the very sturdy carry handle at the top to go up and down stairs when needed. Very well made, durable, and packed with features. Love it.

Awesome storage capabilities and quality. However, it is heavy (with nothing in it). Double heavy with a laptop, ipad and travel gear. Additionally this bag would not fit under an airline seat. Returning it, as I am a business traveler and there are lighter, and smaller bags available with the same qualities.

I LOVE my new bag - I'm a traveling sales person and carry a 15" Mac, and a ton of other stuff. This bag is perfect. I also love the fun color, most bags in airline overheads are BLACK and this one is so pretty and fun, it stands out. Great pockets, NICE long handle to pull and easily converts to a backpack when I have luggage and other sample bags to pull. BEST I've had in 10 years....LOVE LOVE LOVE! Also sturdy and durable, the last one I bought a few years back was almost $200. This is the best yet! Get one while you can! :.)

i am using this product regular basis to work , i generally carry laptop and some hand tools in it. it works best for me , i would prefer to buy this again and again. this is second time i am buying this bag.

This is an excellent backpack with lots of room, sturdy handle and wheels. It is perfect for short trips and good for long ones, as a carry-on.

As an avid business traveler, I appreciate several things about this rolling backpack. The wheels are large and stable - my old one had small wheels and tipped all the time. Having a sleeve on only one side makes going up and down the aisle on an airplane really slick. Again, my old one had one on each side and it would continually get snagged on a seat. Fits in all overhead bins, even the small regional jets, as well as under the seat if needed. Top handle is large enough for a big hand. You cannot go wrong with this case!

The product comes with the CA Prop 65 warning tag. When I called the Customer Service, they couldn't even tell me which carcinogen chemicals in their product that require the Prop 65 warning. They told me that I should be fine unless I chew the bag. I am not happy with their response. They should disclose the CA Prop 65 warning on the product website. If I knew, I wouldn't order this bag. Now, I need to go through the trouble in returning.

The handle length is way too short...and I'm only 5 feet tall! Didn't even think to look at the length of it in the description...learned my lesson.

So far so good. With a slightly stiffer handle than the older models, which I like. My schools boys are rough on these. We destroyed the prioer ones with 2 school years but there were no zipper failures nor wheel failures. I dont see anything on the market as durable and useful. Reccomended. We load them up with 15-25 pounds.

Great size and pickes for elementary kids. The wheels are well made as is the body. Wish there was a sleeve for the shoulder starts to go into when the bag is rolling

We bought this backpack because my son is recovery from surgery and cannot carry a regular one. The backpack is versatile and great. Very well done with resistant material.

We are leaving tomorrow and I was afraid It would not be delivered in time. I was so happy it came in good time. We will make good use of this backpack during our 3 weeks travel. This is a great product. I'm thoroughly impressed as a first time online customer with the look, the feel and the quality of this product. It's a perfect addition to my worklife, making teleworking a whole lot more simplified on the days I need to go into the office by transit.

Exactly what I wanted, lots of room and light weight with the option of using it as a backpack or a roller bag.

I bought this in the cosmos/midnight sky pattern. It is extremely cute. I was a bit worried that the single-tube handle might be awkward, but it handles easily even when loaded. I am returning it, with great regret, because it is not quite big enough for my needs, but I'm purchasing a similar backpack which is ALMOST as cute and a good bit larger.

Everything works on the back. Its size and format fits my lifestyle well. It carries what I need it to.
