My two year old grandson liked these so much he wore them all day. Normally he takes his shoes and sandals off. Vans has half sizes unlike a lot of children shoes. The shoes are adorable on.

These are great! I love the slip on Vans for my son. He has been wearing them since he could walk. They are fun and practical.

My 3.5 year old son picked out this shoe himself - it is his "skateboarding shoe" (very cool you must understand). I like it because it is easy for him to put on by himself, good quality, and a touch of coolness style. I can't go wrong. I believe it runs large. Originally ordered the 10, but then had to go back for the 9.5 (made a big difference for him).

My three year old loves his fire shoes. They are pretty easy to get on and take off. He is more enthusiastic than he has been about putting on his own shoes.

These are super cute, easy, comfortable and my 2½ year old loves them. Based on reviews I ordered half a size smaller and that worked well.

Love that Vans come in half sizes. Most toddler shoes do not. Slip-on style great for busy toddlers who do not like to sit still long enough to have shoes tied and untied. Great play shoes; a little pricey but worth every penny in fit and convenience.

Run about half size large compared to how my son's foot has been measured the last two times, but he loves these shoes!

Who knew that this shoe would look so awesome on my two year old? Even my mother in law thought they looked pretty freakin' sweet on my daughter. Shoes definitely stay on her, and she rarely slips them off. They do hold their own when she's running around the yard. Can't say much about the comfort (she's still learning to talk), but from what I can surmise, they feel great on her. I always love the customer service I get from Zappos. Thanks!

My daughter has the nickname Bear. So I got her these. I have been wearing Vans for years and these are awesome little versions. The fit was true to size, good width for their chubby little feet. Maybe a little challenging to walk in because they're so flat, but good standing platform.

In love with these shoes! I'm always looking for something different for my kids and these were definitely the eye catcher I wanted. More than awesome. Another plus, they fit on his feet so well and are easy to put on! Moms know how much of a pain it can be to put shoes on kids feet.

"Cool shoes!" Is what my kid hears many times everyday. And it's true. Easy on, easy off, great for toddlers. And who doesn't like dinos?

My two year old gets so excited to wear these funky shoes. I love Zappos and look forward to their new styles appearing. Love Zappos!

These RUN BIG, at least a 1/2 size and they are wide. My son is a 9 in Nike 8 1/2 in these shoes are WAY to big. It's not just length they are wide. Requesting a size 8 we will see how those work.

These definitely do run big, but thanks to other reviews I was aware and got an 8 instead of a 9. My son loves them because they are easy to put on and they are cool looking, especially for a 2 year old.

These are super wide on my 16 month old son. The length is a little long so we will hang on to them. Hopefully he can grow into them. Other than that, they are super cute and he loves that he can put them on himself.

I loved these and so did my 1+ year old. He could put them on by himself, which was great except he could take them off too easily. Eventually we lost one in the store because of this reason. Too bad because I loved how adorable they are on him, but I will have to wait another couple years to buy more so we don't lose them.

Love this brand because the shoe is not too over constructed and fits a wide, chubby toddler such as my grandson. The slip-ons, however, were not for us as they don't open wide enough to get the foot in. Once the foot is in, assuming you could get to that point, I am sure it would be as comfortable and serviceable as the velcro closure version. I am going to return this and get the velcro closure design I got originally which happily solved our shoe problem for our little one for now.

Loved the design and the shoes fit as advertised. However, after my son wore the shoes maybe 15 times they completely fell apart. The soles came completely off the upper part of the shoe on both the left and right shoe. There is virtually no other wear visible, but they're completely destroyed. Cheaply manufactured and a waste of money. Do not buy Vans Kids.

I'll be absolutely honest. These shoes suck in the quality and durability department. My son started wearing his first pair of Vans in late May and by early July they were showing serious wear. They have not held up nearly as well as his New Balance sneakers have over time. However, they are my son's favorite shoes. He loves them. He loves the fire design. He gets compliments on them everywhere he goes and he loves the color and style. Plus, dragons breathe fire. They have been discontinued so I have purchased another pair. However, these fire shoes will be our last Vans. Instead, we will be buying more New Balance sneakers. While cute and fun, these shoes literally fell apart within two months.

We purchased two pairs of shoes (size 8 and 10) for our boys. My kids loved their monster feet, but after 20 days the soles began to detach from the shoes. Rory, Zappos Customer Service Representative was awesome. He took care good care of us with the purchase of another pair of shoes. Zappos has the best customer service! All of our shoes will be purchased from Zappos from now on.
