Nice looking boots, leather is good quality. Will be exchanging for a larger size, my son could not get his foot into the ones I ordered in his regular size.

These are quality boots! I got them a half size bigger so that I could wear them right away, and they are very comfortable and still pretty snug. Plus they are so cute!

These boots are really nice but were way too narrow, both in the actual size and a half size bigger. Had to send them back...

These are very nice looking boots, great quality, but I am returning them because the shaft of the boot is very wide. It just looked too enormous on my daughter's leg.

My daughter loves these boots, but we had a hard time finding the right fit. We originally tried the 6 and the 6.5 in the snip toe style, and they were a bit snug. A 7 wasn't available, so we tried the round toe style - the 7 was way too big! We then compared the 6.5 snip toe to a friends exact same boot in a size 6 from previous years, and the newly ordered 6.5 measured smaller from heel to toe. Very strange. We are returning all sizes, and have requested notification when a 7 in the snip toe becomes available. Overall leather quality seems great, fingers crossed we can get a size 7 soon!

I purchased these for my daughter because of the heel height listed. She needs to make a certain height requirement for rides in the Grand Canyon this summer, and she needed the full 2 3/4 inches that was listed as the heel height on these boots in order to do so. The boots just arrived, and the heel height is 2 inches. Zappos is pretty reliable about properly representing their items, and, in this case, that accuracy mattered. Needless to say, we are pretty disappointed.

Bought these for my granddaughter size 4 and they ran small and narrow. The boot was very pointy. In the picture it looked rounded.

Cheap looking

Frustrated with sizing. I ordered size 3 little kid last year. This year, my son is wearing a size 3.5 in other shoes. So I ordered a size 4 big kid. When I hold the new size 4 up to old size 3, they are identical. He wore them before I realized my mistake but I'm attempting to return them anyway. Next time I will really check the sizing on him before I let him run around in the boots!

I had these in the darker color before and they were awesome, this color looks very cheap!
