order much smaller size....and don't wash 'em if there is a chance you have to return them....I made that mistake thinking I could shrink them. They don't shrink. I can't return.

After being the same weight and buying 560s in the same size for years, I was saddened to discover the 560 formula has changed! These were NOT the 560s I remember. Too small in the waist and just fit weird. Sent them back.

I ordered 28" inseam; however, even though they were tagged 28"...they were actually 36" inseam. I have no choice but to get them altered locally.

The jeans they sent were not a "comfort fit" as advertised. They appear to be another model, and possibly size, entirely. First purchase from Zappos and very disappointing experience.

Cant wear the pants. They are way too big. They look ridiculous.

This is the fourth pair of Jeans that have developed the same problem a tear near the upper left corner of the back pocket. It is irritating as I've even gone as far as moving my wallet to another pocker and still the problem persists.

Took to Europe and belt loop broke. Frustrating.
