The first thing I do with a new pair of boots is remove the insoles that came with them and put in Superfeet. It makes an incredible difference in comfort. I got them first for shin splints and haven't had a problem since. I put lots of miles on my hiking boots every year. I don't go anywhere without Superfeet. Really.

Superfeet Premium Green insoles provide me with the heel support and arch support I need. I am a 12 D with high arches and poor heels so these insoles have really helped me walk all day in dress shoes and reduced my plantar fasciitis too. Green has the maximum shock absorption so they help overweight users like me. They are easy to clean too. Don't leave home without them!

Fit perfectly without trimming in a size 12 4E New Balance running shoe. Did a better job of easing my foot pain than a $400 custom orthotic. Was initially put off by the price, but hard to argue with the results. Developed a mysterious squeaking noise after being removed and replaced in the shoe. Then, just as mysteriously, the noise seems to have disappeared with another removal and replacement. Arch support seems quite high, but perhaps this is part of what makes it work.

A doctor treating my psoriatic arthritis recommended these Superfeet Premium Green inserts for foot pain I was experiencing due to a would-be hammer toe. I can't wear any splints inside my shoes because of diabetes. She thought these would help my foot alignment and provide a firmer surface which would perhaps keep my toe from curling under as much when walking. I have wide feet and wear a 9.5 or 10 shoe. I ordered two of the Size D, and have tried them in all of my shoes without having to modify them at all. (They can be trimmed down to fit smaller sizes...) They are a huge success, eliminating the sensation of inbedding my toe into the shoe sole with every step, and aligning my toes to better support my weight. Walking is so much more comfortable. And happily, because I ordered them from Zappos, I had them almost immediately and received the usual great customer service. If you're looking for a soft, padded insert, this isn't it. It's very firm (some might say rigid), but it does a great job of providing arch support to flat feet and providing proper alignment of the foot and toes for a more comfortable walking experience.

Happy Feet! These Superfeet Green inserts are fabulous -- I thought it was a lot of money at first, but since I have heel spurs and tendonitis in my right heel, I decided to try. WOW! I just spent 10 days doing Florida theme parks with my grandkids, and they are amazing.

Great Comfort - I ordered the superfeet premium green for a friend. His feet turn in (I think it is called pronating). He is on his feet a lot and was having constant foot pain. We like to go hiking and he wasn't having any fun. He loves the inserts and they have really helped his feet. He wants me to order him a couple more pair.

A little extra - I wear these in my running shoes; I'm a lager runner (6'2" 240 lbs) and find the Superfeet help support me in my runs. I’m now running 25 miles per week and working my way up to a half marathon. I have been wearing Superfeet for the last 5 years and have been injury free.

Cheaper than orthotics! After buying some cute shoes with no sole (well, no arch support), I suffered some tendonitis in my feet. The podiatrist made we wear a soft cast and told me I needed orthotics, which are about $400. Needless to say, I thought I would try these first. I didn't know I'd have to cut them and was a bit nervous about that, but I didn't mess them up. I think ideally you would have a pair for each pair of shoes you wear frequently, but I am lucky that after trimming these fit fine in all 3 of my most-worn shoes. Initially it felt like the arch was too far back, but the insert said this was normal and I'd get used to it. I've been using them now for maybe a month and I haven't had any foot pain. The only down side is they are not as cushiony as I would like them to be, but more firm.

MIRACLE Insole - Being 56 yrs, I had a feeling that my age has finally caught up with my daily 4 mile jog/walk routine. The area above my heel has had increasing pain developing over the past two years and I thought it was arthritis related. Apparently I have Plantar Fasciitis (especially painful when waking up in the morning). After only a couple of days using Superfeet Green in my runners, the pain and swelling has diminished by 80%. I still can't believe this product is that good. Purchased another 2 pairs so I can rotate my footwear. Got my wife (stands all day at work) a pair of Greens and although she thought it was just like any aftermarket insole, just more expensive, she is now a convert. I got her a pair of Superfeet Black and another Blue for her dress shoes. My feet have never felt so good. Although not the cheapest of insoles, these are well worth the additional coin. My doggies are very happy "their" daily routine will continue for many more years thanks to these MIRACLE INSOLES!!!!

These are great - Since shoe manufacturers now charge more for their shoes and give us less insoles Superfeet insoles are the only way to go for decent support. I am so happy that Zappos carries Superfeet because I don't want to look anywhere else for these.

Recommended by physiotherapist - I was having certain aches and pains in my hips and back and went to a physiotherapist who - after watching me walk up and down a hallway and doing a number of other movements and exercises - informed me that my left foot was given to heavy pronation. He recommended that I get a pair of Superfeet Green insoles. He said that the green were the "strongest" in terms of their correction and that I should wear them not only when exercising but all the time. I can say that these special insoles have helped to correct the pronation problem and my legs and back feel better as a result.

These things are the only thing that keeps me going. We have one local store that sells them and they are way over priced. I work in an automotive factory and I am on my feet 9-12 hours a day. So, in short if you pound the concrete for hours at a time these things really help. I had plantar fasciitis 6 years ago and after many attempts at custom orthopedic insoles, this is still and will continue to be my choice. It’s a small price to pay to keep your dogs from barking all night long.

From orthotics to Superfeet - I used to wear orthotics due to flat feet and overpronation, but after a knee replacement, realized I would have to spend big bucks and have to start all over with the podiatrist. These have addressed the problems with my feet without spending so much money. My grandson also uses them for flat feet as his feet grow so quickly that orthotics are too expensive.

These insoles are easy to trim and fit by following directions. They add a solid comfortable base for your footwear, very firm. I have them in Timberland pro Titan workboots.

These do not have enough cushioning for me. I put them in my hiking boots, and after a few miles my forefoot was burning.

They have support but no cushoning at all. Had to stop wearing them for a lack of cushioning. It was like walking on a cement floor with no shoes.

I have been using these in my work boots for over ten years and my feet love them. That’s saying a lot if your feet are in boots for 12 to 16 hours a day.

Easy to Fit, Great Support - I ordered these insoles in an attempt to save my favorite, no longer carried, running shoes. They worked perfectly. They were easy to cut down to size and felt good right from the start.

Added comfort and fit - I wear a women's size 11 shoe. I had purchased a pair of North Face hikers in a men’s size 10 and these Superfeet are just what I needed to make up for the size and width difference. Besides they make the shoe so comfortable, just took a 7 mile hike and my feet feel great.

Superfeet Premium Green - My husband loves these inserts! He says they are really comfortable, and help to correct his ankle pronation. Plus they are made much sturdier than the original shoe liner so they don't wear out as quickly. He puts these into his Asics Gel Kaytano 14's and takes out the original shoe liner.

Good Product if you need extra support - I have been using these for several years. I replace the insoles in new hiking or running shoes with these as a matter of course. They give me a lot more support, control pronation, and make my knees and legs feel 100% better than the stock insoles that come in most athletic or hiking shoes.
