This is the 2nd pair of these shoes I have bought for my daughter. She is very picky and loves them! She says they are very comfortable.

Love! I bought these for my almost five year old to go with her school uniform. She is picky and she has loved wearing these everyday. They still look brand new. We did have to get the wide width. Thank you Zappos for you awesome return policy!

Great shoes. All I have ever ordered for my daughter's private school uniform. She could wear all year long and it still looks new! Plan to keep them for my youngest daughter when she starts school. Great shoe to hand down as they don't scuff up at all.

Bought these for my 9 year old daughter for school since black shoes were required. She loves them! She says they are comfortable. She's been wearing them for about 3 weeks and I haven't had any issues. They still look pretty new and she wears them for recess. I usually get Mary Janes from Stride Rite, but she wanted something different this school year. We made a great choice!

My five year old loves these shoes. They are comfortable, easy to put on and look good. They lasted an entire year of pre-K with rough playground use and still look good. We are now saving them for little sister and have bought them in a bigger size for kindergarden this year. She always wears wide shoes, so that's what we bought.

Neat and comfy. My daughter (age 7) wore them all year and they held up. She wanted the same pair this year.

Purchased this shoe for my 7 year old. Shoe was well made. I have only had them 1 month so I can't say they held up but so far so good.

These are wonderful shoes! Great quality for the money. Definitely a shoe that will hold up. My daughter plays very hard and wears these to preschool. They show little wear.

Has a heel to it which seems strange for such a small foot. Not much cushion and no arch support.

My daughter finds these shoes very comfortable. We purchased these shoes four months ago for school. She wears them in rotation with one other pair of shoes. Unfortunately the Velcro-on-strap is ripping and pulling off. So it is time to replace them. I am disappointed that the Velcro strap did not last longer. I will be purchasing them again because my daughter finds them so very comfortable.

My eight year old daughter liked the look but the top of the shoe's side is too high and rubs against her ankle bone. So now she dose not want to wear them. I will have to put some mole skin or something like that on her bone until she gets used to it. Otherwise they seem very sturdy, which is what I was looking for. Hopefully she will wear them.

I love these shoes! They are very well made and sturdy. Have to return them, however - the shoe comes up very high on the side and rubbed under my daughter's ankle bone. So sad about these because she has such a narrow foot and other than that, they fit her perfectly!

Although I really like the shoe, my daughter managed to scuff them first week of school. They appear to be sturdy, very classic design!

Bought these for the start of school. The leather is not as nice as other shoes, like the Aster brand. When these get scuffed, they take the outer layer off and the shoes look like a year old. My daughter had Asters before and even after a year they look much better than these after a month. We'll return to the Aster brand.

My daughter wore the shoes a few times and the sole glue came out and the velcro started coming out also. You can still see it shoes are almost intact and everything was coming apart on its own.

So disappointed in these shoes after having them for awhile. Both my daughters got them for school uniforms and the Velcro came off of both after a couple of months!!! They’re also very stiff and uncomfortable. I thought by paying more I’d get something better but sad to be buying new shoes again today ? so expensive!!!!

I bought these shoes in brown and black. The leather on the brown shoes peeled off the top of the shoes within a month. The black shoes are holding up wonderfully. I wouldn't recommend the brown shoes.

These have been great shoes for my daughters to wear with their school uniform. But the most recent set of shoes seems to have quality issues (Fall-2014). The velcro separated from the leather strap holding the shoe on. After 8 weeks of wear, the shoe is now worthless. There is a very clear quality issue with these shoes. They either changed manufacturers or their quality control is failing. I tried contacting the company to get redress, but so far nothing.

I bought these shoes in September for my daughter to use to go to school. Here I am four months later searching for another pair, but definitely not buying this again. The straps came apart. Poor quality.
