Not for flat feet. A beautiful shoe, sturdy and light. However, it's not recommended for little girls who have little or no arch; the shoe is likely to rub against the ankle or just below the ankle.

Very happy with the quality of this shoe. However, being a mom who typically only purchases Stride Rite shoes. I found this shoe to run about a 1/2 size smaller than what I normally purchase.

JJ (Jumping Jack) school shoe is better - Fit was fine, awful quality. JJ school shoes were not available in the size needed so I tried these for my daughter. First time she wore these they came home looking very rough with cracks on the top strap & scuffed at the toe. JJ shoes lasted us all year last year; luckily they are now in her size so they are on the way. Too bad I had to waste my money on these.

Durable, great buy, shoes still look like new after 4 months daily school wear. Our daughter loves them in W width; so comfortable we have to remind her constantly to change shoes after school. Highly recommend Prodigy and purchasing them from Zappos. Our daughter is hard to fit. We are so happy we found these shoes!

These shoes are too narrow for my daughter. I can't say they would be for anyone else's. She has had hip problems all her life so it is very hard to find wide shoes but not usually this hard.

Pretty standard mary jane shoe for school. My daughter has no complaints. A very reliable purchase for an every day school shoe. I like the thick sole. and I especially like that it's durable. My 7-year old is pretty rough on her shoes and after a month, no scratches or scuffs at all. I definitely recommend for it's great look and durability. Great for every day.

First of all Zappos is the best place to shop. I received my order the very next day. Customer service is amazing and they are very friendly. Best experience of online shopping! I loved the shoes price was within the budget limit. The size was perfect, although I order a wring size for my daughter. The shoes were very well cushioned. Not stiff or tight nor uncomfortable to wear. Overall the shopping was a great one. I love shopping at Zappos and will continue. Just make sure to have the exact size you will need! Happy shopping!

I bought this shoe for my daughter (age 5) for school. Very durable especially for play. Leather was easy to condition and they would look like brand new. Excellent arch support. Lasted all most all school year till she out grew.

My daughter loves the outdoors. She plays hard and rough and she enjoys the outdoors. Her private school makes sure they go out several times a day and I wanted her to have a great sturdy quality shoes. It is a little small for the size. Normally, the same size for her in a dress shoe is slightly bigger on her. I still love the shoes on her feet. They look very good on my daughter. Thanks.

Extremely cute shoes! Fit my daughter perfectly. I had never heard of this brand before...we were only looking for navy shoes. But I will buy from them from now on because the quality seems outstanding. Zappos is wonderful and we always order from them.

Great "dress" uniform shoe - I had never heard of this brand before. We usually wear Stride Rite. I am very happy with this shoe for the money. It's plain, but not cheap-looking. It seems well-made. It's a great shoe to wear with uniform skirts and jumpers because it's dressier than a tennis shoe, but still flexible and comfortable enough for recess and gym.

A very basic shoe, but my daughter loves the fit of these. These shoes have lasted 5 months worn almost every day to school, with a lot of polishing touch ups in between. I would order again.

This pair is perfect pair for school. hey are sturdy, comfortable and easy to clean! They are perfect for active toddlers! Zappos shipped them very quickly.

My daughter is very short, wears a size 3-3.5 and has a difficult time finding shoes. Thank heaven for Zappos!

My daughter has wide feet---so hard to find shoes! These are your basic Mary Jane, not her favorite by her taste, but very serviceable and comfortable. (Wish Zappos carried more wide shoes in more varied styles--though they are one of the few that carry wide shoes for girls at all so I guess I should count my blessings.)

Great shoes - Both my daughters (8 & 10) wear these shoes and are really pleased with them. The shoes fit well and look good. This is the second pair for my 8yo. Her old shoes wore well and can be passed down to be enjoyed by someone else.

Good basic Mary Jane - We needed a basic black shoe to satisfy the school dress code and stand up well to kindergarten playground time. This one was less expensive, more stylish, and more comfortable than our previous stand-by.

Love them! Smart looking shoes with a comfy fit. My daughter's foot is narrow and the hook and loop closure allows her to make the strap tight enough. They look darling!

My daughter is enjoying her shoes - Down here it is a challenge to find good quality and affordable shoes. A friend told me about Zappos, and I decided to take a look. I found that the prices were great and where in the world can you order anything and not have to pay shipping. I was worried that I would not receive the package on time but I did. My daughter is enjoying her shoes and I am looking forward to shopping on Zappos really soon.

Good for the purpose that we bought it for - My daughter prefers this type of shoe for a dress shoe (comfort). She has really been enjoying wearing them and they are very comfortable. They got a little bit hard to wear for a whole day at school, but she was just dressed up for one day and doesn't usually wear them for school.
