I wear size 5 in the short Uggs. I ordered a Size 6 for these. Way too narrow and tight fit! Even with very thin socks or barefoot.

Overall, the boots look really pretty, comfortable and warm. Don't get me wrong but the black still toe bleeds on the brown leather. I've exchanged the boots and the same issue occurred. When snow and rain comes in contact with the boots the black dye ridiculously bleeds everywhere making the boots look ugly. Not 100% satisfied with my purchase for these winter boots.

Unfortunately, I ordered this boot twice and returned both times. The quality and workmanship were terrible. Both orders, the boots were scuffed, stained and looked cheap. The are not inexpensive boots and would expect a lot more from them.

I've had these boots for a few years now and they have never once succeeded in keeping my feet warm. Maybe they'd work better for warmer winters, but they don't make it in Boston or Maine weather.

I absolutely love the style and materials of this boot. But they run very very narrow. I do not have a wide foot. I am usually a 9 or 9 1/2 medium. The 9 1/2 was so tight. I then exchanged for a 10 and the 10 was also so narrow and small. I had to give up on these boots. UGG please resize these appropriately so I can buy them.

This is a great looking, rugged, warm boot. Unfortunately, due to mixed reviews (and being a very small size 5, almost a 4.5) I ordered my own size -- a 5. The left boot is so small it cuts off my circulation. These are out of stock now, which is really unfortunate because I'd certainly order them in a different size if they were available. I'm really disappointed, and we're about to get a big dump of snow.

These boots did NOT last through the winter. Ripped along the top where the fur is. UGG did not care to help me with the issue I encountered with these boots. They are very expensive, but might have been worth it if they lasted through the winter and matched the description. Worst customer service.

I wanted these boots to work so badly. I wear a true size 10. I didn't know they had removable footbeds. When they arrived, I quickly grabbed a knee-high socks, put it on and put the boots on. They were so tight and within five minutes I had redness at the back of my heel. That's because with the foot bed, there is absolutely zero support in the back of these boots. No matter what size you would get, you can easily tell that your foot will slip all day long. I did an experiment. I took the footbeds out, and there was a ton of support and they felt so much better; however, I would have needed 9.5 as they were almost a half size bigger when you took the foot bed out. So it's really a matter of keeping the flatbed and having no support, or taking the foot bed out, wearing a good sock, and sizing down.

Maybe my boots were defective but they were not warm at ALL. It was maybe 0 degrees C outside and my toes were freezing with wool socks. I put my hand inside the boot and even the inside near the toes felt icy cold. Maybe a proper pair would have been warmer but I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the customer service and will not buy again.

I thought these would be the warmest boots I had ever bought and justified the price for the quality and advertised warmth. When I got them I tried them on inside and they were the most comfortable boots I had ever tried on. I then walked from my house to my car (in 25 degrees and 2 inches of snow) and felt cold air on my toes. I thought I must not have tied the laces tight enough, retied and went to work. Next walk (4 blocks) from car to work and again, drafty cold toes. I discovered that while the bottom and sides have the nice thick shearling, the top inside is mostly just rubber with a thin lining. Now, they have been worn and got kicked with salt, so no returns. I now have to wear them with 2 pr. of socks to achieve pretty much the same amount of warmth I have in rubber rain boots. I expected much more. :(

Last year (2012) I have bought grey Adirondack boots. After winter has gone, I put them in their original box and took them few days ago. I was terrified! Grey sheepskin outside was in two grey/grey petroleum blue colors. I immediately wrote to Ugg but they answered that warranty is just for a year. Great, I paid them almost 300 and they last just a year. I will never buy new pair of Ugg boots.

I bought these for my daughter to go to school in Chicago Sep. 2011. the first year she wore them maybe twice as there was little snow. This year she took them to Colorado for Spring break and on the 3rd day wearing them they ripped. She is now stuck in CO with ripped boots. She did not want me to buy her these boots but I assured her they would last all 4 years at University of Chicago and they would be an investment, How dissapointing! I bought these at the Rush Street Store in Chicago.

I bought these boots on Saturday night and was excited to wear them. I tried them out twice. The first was outside and my feet were cold. The next time was in my office and my feet were still cold. Not sure what the issue is as my feet are toasty in my old fashioned Uggs.

I asked my husband for nice warm boots for everyday use as well as walking our dog as a Christmas present. I was really excited when he picked these for me-until I put them to the test. These boots are meant for not so cold weather. I work outdoors all the time and am no stranger to the cold-but these boots were no warmer than everyday dress boots. I am very disappointed-and now stuck will VERY expensive boots that are not at all suited for a cold climate. I could only stay outdoors with them for less than 1/2 hour before my toes were freezing. I will not be a return customer.

I bought Adirondacks II boots in October. It just now started snowing so I started wearing them. To my surprise, the boots do not keep my feet warm. I mean for a [$] pair of boots my toes freezes few minutes after sticking them into snow or wait for the bus. It's not even that cold 28F. I am really disappointed. I mean if you are looking for a boot to keep your feet warm they are not the one. I should have stick with my Sorel. Might not be the most fashionable but at least I felt protected from the cold.

After a few short walks (15 min each approx) over the span of one afternoon I got the following: 1) a scar almost to the point of bleeding (skin off as a result of friction with the fabric) beneath the upper side of the boot behind the shoelaces. When I inspected the boots I felt and saw the rough seams that rose from within the soft sheepskin lining, this is unacceptable for a 200 pounds pair of boots. 2) irritated toes (reddened) from the tight fit on the outer sides of the boot, left and right. These boots run really small, but my feet are not wide above average so this should not happen if they had gotten the sizing right. I am 7 and I ordered the 7.5. The next size available which is the 8.5 would certainly have been too big for me. 3) I wore the boots with the cuff up and when you do this, you are tightening the laces above the boot and against your skin because the center part of the body of the boot is not high enough! so the fastened laces end up rubbing against your skin with every step, it is appalling that such expensive boots have such a poor design 4) Sore feet for the next several hours, this is in general all over my feet, apart from the points outline above 5) Needless to say that I could never forget I had the boots on while walking, clear sign that these are NOT for walking (but then, what are they for?) Too bad as the material the boots are made of are high end. They just lack the high-end design to be a real pair of walking boots.

sent back two pairs of these very uncomfortable expensive boots!! the insole hurt in the first pair and the thong cut my skin in the second pair.. Gave it a fair shake with two pairs!! I have multiple pairs of Uggs and never had an issue.
