Insole has a glued portion that runs across the shoe creating a hard lump under the ball of the feet.....These are going back, not comfortable at all

After returning these shoes as per my previous review from last week, the price dropped by over $30.

The shoes arrived quickly as advertised. They looked great but felt horrible. The suede inner liner was uncomfortable and rubbed against my foot. These were completely different from my previous Rockport boat shoes that had a cushioned liner that made walking in them a pleasure from day 1. The inner foot bed only ran from the heel to mid-foot, nothing under the ball or my foot or toes. They're on their way back!

Look and quality of shoe good, arch support minimal but I usually add my own insoles. Despite ordering Wide size, shoe had very limited toe box. Wore them several weeks in hopes leather would stretch - it did, but only around heel, making shoe fit worse! Disappointing.

The distance between the tongue and the heal is too much. When laced it doesn't tighten so it rides on the heal. Too bad it's a nice looking shoe but the quality control need to be better. Sizing just not right.

A number of things wrong with the shoes. They seemed to run big. Stitching on the inside created abrasions when I was barefooted. Cheap paper on insoles, started to peel immediately when I took off the shoes a couple times barefooted.

These are quite heavy shoes and certainly take some getting used to. After wearing them for a week I would definitely not buy them again.

Hard to find. Only shoes I wear

Very poor quality. Footbed quickly began peeling off. Underside of throat very rough on foot arch. Avoid this model!

The shoe was too large. More importantly, I ordered the chocolate model with laces. SKU 106635. The slip on model was shipped.

Developed squeak in left heel after about 6 weeks. Returned. Otherwise very comfortable & good fit. Will tempt fate and reorder.

Purchased these for my husband will be returning, they run very narrow. Very nice looking shoe and seem well made.

There is a one star rating because without it, a review would not be accepted. The shoe was totally defective, so perhaps there is no longer quality control at Rockport. You will see in the picture how the sole of the right shoe is extended. I expected more from Rockport!

These shoes have a manufacturer's defect (see image) and I am returning them. One star is used since it's the only way to submit a review.

Did not fit

Ordered 4W. Got just wide width.

The right shoe was a perfect fit, the left shoe was about a half size longer. You could see the left shoe material was cut differently than the right. I was disappointed that these didn't work for me as this was the second pair I ordered. The first pair I ordered came in a box marked 11.5 and the shoes were size 14.
